Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Empowerment (HRD) on improving employee performance at PT. Aston Sistem Indonesia in Salatiga. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal survey method. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Data testing was carried out through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²), using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that both HRD development and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The determination value of 0.830 indicates that 83% of the variation in employee performance is explained by the two independent variables.ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Aston Sistem Indonesia di Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kausal. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 36 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²), menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik pengembangan maupun pemberdayaan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai determinasi sebesar 0,830 menunjukkan bahwa 83% variasi kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut.
