Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the health and safety to employees performance in PT Internet Media Prima. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique (census), because the sampling is done in the Project division in which only amounted to 30 people. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire and using linear regression analysis techniques, that occupational safety and health as independent variables (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data processing in this study using the program Statistical SPSS. The results of this study states that the safety and health give singnificant and positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: health, safety, employee performance

Abstract

Human Resources is seen as an important asset a company has, since man is a dynamic resource and always needed in every process of production of goods and services. Human Resources is a strategic element in determining whether or not an organization healthy. Planned human resource development and sustainable is an absolute necessity, especially for the future of the organization. Human resource management is a means to improve the human quality, by improving human resources, improve well performance and organizational results, so as to realize what the objectives of the organization, so it is also necessary that the role of the leadership of the organization. Be aware that Human Resources is the basic capital in the process of development agencies or institutions, then the HR management needs to establish an organizational culture in which it is believed could form loyalty to the employee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and loyalty of employees at PT. SpanSet Indonesia. This study using SPSS version 22 to help the processing of data with a sample of 75 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis.Keywords: organizational culture, employee loyalty

Abstract

Labor is one of the important factors that should be considered by the company in order to achieve objectives. Therefore in this case the company is required to manage resources in a planned manner. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and employee performance, labor relations and employee motivation, as well as the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation to work with employees performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This research is descriptive-correlation with a sample of 44 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.572) is greater than t table (2.018). (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.045) is greater than t table (2.018). (3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the acquired Fhitung (41.765) is greater than F table (3,226). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the variables are strong and be positive. But from the descriptive respondents by filling the questionnaire indicators were rated the lowest.Keywords: motivation, performance, emotional intelligence

Abstract

From the results of research on the level of discipline and Deliverables To Benefit Performance testing proves there is influence between the level of discipline and Results Working with Performance Benefits. Tests proved the first hypothesis that the level of discipline has influence significantly the performance to variable allowance. because thitung <t table with probability 0.0100> 0.005, then H1ditolak and H0 is accepted. Values of this coefficient indicates that the discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance benefits. Results of testing the hypothesis has been proved.there is influence between the working results with the performance benefits. Tests proved the hypothesis that the results of the work affect the performance benefits because thitung 5,480> t table 2.012 with probability (sig) 0.000> 0.005 then H1ditolak and H0 is accepted. Values of this coefficient indicates that the results of the work has a positive and significant impact on the performance benefits.Keywords:d iscipline, Deliverables, Benefit Performance
