Abstract

Competition between companies is now getting stronger strongly related to the company's mechanism in providing the services provided. Companies can build ways that can maintain customer loyalty. The approach can be done with web-based Usability Testing adopting an application user acceptance model, a usability aspect analysis that acts as a customer who enjoys a company's products and services. At present, there are already many theories of user acceptance models for an application. One of them is the user satisfaction model (User Satisfaction). This review specifically also identifies that content content has a significant positive effect on website visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Kota Baucau juga memiliki berbagai tempat wisata seperti: Kristu Liurai Matebian, Watabou, Fatuk Lenuk Kaixa, tujuh lubang Bercoli, Kolam Renang Wailili, Kota Lama Pouzada, Ariana, Kolam Renang Kota Lama, Distrik Lama Kaixa, Museum Cenario Memoria.

Abstract

Villages in the Indonesia–Timor Leste border area continue to operate their administrative tasks manually, relying on ledger books and Microsoft Word and Excel to manage data. However, with the rapid advancement of technology, these practices have led to less effective public services. To address this issue, a community service initiative was undertaken to implement the Integrated Village Data Management Information System in Weoe Village, aiming to streamline and enhance service delivery to the community. The system is web-based, which improves accessibility for both residents and village officials, allowing them to access data from anywhere with an internet connection. The initiative consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of this system was successfully completed. System development and training on the use of the integrated village data management information system significantly improved participants' understanding, as evidenced by the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Participants’ average scores increased by 34.5 points, from 49 in the pre-test to 83.5 in the post-test among five participants. This web-based village data management information system has proven to be an effective solution for enhancing public services, making them more efficient and impactful.

Abstract

The high spread of rabies in Malaka Regency has raised concerns among the people of Malaka, including communities in Timor Leste that directly border the regency. Information about the spread of this disease has not been openly disseminated to the public due to the absence of a system capable of accommodating such needs. To address this problem, it is necessary to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) for mapping rabies cases in the Indonesia - Timor Leste border area. The system is developed as a web-based platform, enhancing accessibility by enabling residents to retrieve information from any location with internet access. The project was carried out in three primary phases: preparation, deployment, and testing and evaluation. The development and implementation of the system were completed successfully. The findings indicate that the developed system functions effectively as an information tool for the community. Evaluation results demonstrate that it successfully provides accessible and reliable data on rabies cases in Malaka and nearby areas, including bordering districts in Timor Leste. The system achieved an average acceptance score of 4.64, reflecting a generally positive response from users. Overall, the web-based GIS proves to be a practical and efficient solution for improving the delivery and impact of public health information services.
