Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internal ini adalah UKM milik Ibu Ni Komang Ana Handayani, umur 46 tahun dan usaha ini sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2020 yang berlokasi di Jalan Wibisana Barat gang 2 g no 23. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh omset yang didapatkan oleh mitra sejak tahun 2020 sampai saat ini tidak menentu. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Nopember 2022, diketahui sejak menjalankan usaha kecil ini, mitra belum pernah melakukan pembukuan keuangan, mitra hanya mengandalkan ingatan dan pencatatan secara manual sesuai dengan kemampuan mitra. Mitra beralasan bahwa usahanya ini dijalankan secara mandiri sehingga mitra menganggap pembukuan tidak perlu dilakukan. Mitra juga belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan social media untuk memasarkan produk yang mitra jual dan mitra tidak memiliki tempat display untuk produknya. Sehingga dengan berbagai masalah yang dihadapi mitra, peneliti akan memberikan pelatihan Manajemen Kuangan dengan Aplikasi Buku Kas, Pelatihan penggunaan Sosial Media dan Pelatihan penjualan menggunakan marketplace yang bertujuan agar konsumen mitra bisa lebih banyak dan banyak yang mengetahui usaha mitra ini. serta memberikan Rak agar mitra dapat memajang produknya. Abstract

Digital marketing, or digital marketing, is an effort or method to promote a brand or product using digital-based media. Despite its significant impact, research is needed to evaluate the accuracy of the application of digital marketing in campus promotion. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on prospective students' decision to enroll at ITB STIKOM Bali. Data was collected through a survey using a Likert Scale, with a total of 365 respondents. This research examines the influence of social media on marketing promotion at ITB STIKOM Bali. By analyzing respondents' responses, it was found that social media plays an important role in enrollment decisions, 81.09% of respondents often access social media to find information about ITB STIKOM Bali. Information about enrollment, campus activities, and testimonials delivered through social media proved to significantly influence prospective students' decisions. Social media is not only the main source of information but also builds trust and closeness between prospective students and ITB STIKOM Bali, making it an effective tool in attracting new applicants.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan diperlukan untuk membantu proses seleksi menjadi lebih singkat dan akurat agar penerima beasiswa tepat sasaran. Untuk mendapatkan keputusan yang terbaik dalam SPK harus didukung oleh metode pengambilan keputusan(Na’am 2017) hal ini untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan dan mempersingkat waktu pengambilan keputusan tersebut (Zaen, Sunaryo, and Wijono 2014). User yang mengiputkan data haruslah orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kasus yang dibahas (Purnomo, Sihwi, and Anggrainingsih 2013) dan orang yang ahli dalam menganalisa kasus tersebut(Astuti 2016). Metode COmbinative Distance-based Assessment CODAS suatu alternatif yang diinginkan ditentukan dengan menggunakan dua pengukuran. Pengukuran yang pertama dan utama adalah dengan perhitungan jarak Euclidian dari suatu alternatif dengan alternatif ideal negative. hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa metode CODAS lebih efisien dan konsisten dengan metode lain, dan analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan stabilitas hasil metode yang diusulkan (Ghorabaee et al. 2017). Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas, maka penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode CODAS dengan judul penelitian Seleksi Penerima Beasiswa Pada ITB STIKOM Bali Dengan Metode COmbinative Distance-based Assessment (CODAS) berbasis Web.

Abstract

ITB STIKOM Bali annually conducts a selection of new student admissions according to the registra-tion calendar, on the registration calendar there is a registration wave where each wave has its own provisions. Currently, ITB STIKOM Bali's new student admissions are held online and it is possible that they will return offline, which will be adjusted to government policy. In addition to the selection of new student admissions, ITB STIKOM Bali also conducts a selection of scholarships for prospective students who cannot afford it. The scholarships given are KIP Lectures or Indonesian Smart Cards (KIP) for Lectures, where the KIP Lecture program is the Government's effort to help students who have economic limitations but have a great desire to study but excel, to continue their studies at public and private universities. . So that the KIP Lecture Scholarship Recipients are right on target and not misdirected, researchers will conduct research on the selection of KIP Lecture scholarship recipients at ITB STIKOM Bali using the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method. Providing KIP scholarships for Studying at ITB STIKOM Bali, a decision support system is needed to provide recommendations to student leaders who are entitled to get scholarships according to catego-ries or conditions. Researchers will use the WASPAS method, where Waspas is a method that can re-duce errors or optimize interpretation for the selection of the highest and lowest values. Based on the explanation above, this research will use the WASPAS method with the research title Selection of Scholarship Recipients at ITB STIKOM Bali with the WASPAS method.

Abstract
