Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is the low performance of employee and organizational performance, particularly in providing services to the community in the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) leadership, organizational culture and competencies, employee performance and the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District (2) leadership, organizational culture and competencies both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees, (3) leadership, culture organization and competence, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the organization (4) the effect of employee performance to the performance (5) leadership, organizational culture and competencies indirectly to the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District through employee performance. As for the object of this study are leadership, organizational culture, competencies, employee performance and the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District. The results showed that the leadership, organizational culture, competencies, employee performance and the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District has been running well, leadership influence on employee performance, organizational culture influence on employee performance, competence influence on employee performance, then the results also prove that organizational culture affect the performance of the organization, competence affect the organization's performance and the performance of employees have an influence in improving the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District. Conclusion The study proves that the leadership, organizational culture and competencies have a direct influence on employee performance and also have an influence either directly or indirectly to the performance of the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District. As a public organization, the leadership should make efforts to improve its services, both to organizations / institutions, community groups, either as individuals or groups, this is done by socializing on a regular basis about the vision and mission of the organization to all employees in the Regional Secretariat Pidie Jaya District.Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kinerja pegawai maupun kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya (2) kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja organisasi (4) pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja (5) kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya melalui kinerja pegawainya. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kompetensi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kompetensi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya sudah berjalan dengan baik, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kinerja pegawai mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Kesimpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi dan kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dan juga mempunyai pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organsiasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Sebagai suatu organisasi publik maka pimpinan harus melakukan upaya-upaya guna meningkatkan pelayanannya, baik kepada organisasi/institusi lain, kepada kelompok masyarakat, baik secara pribadi maupun golongan, hal ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi secara berkala tentang visi dan misi organisasi kepada seluruh pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) describe the work engagement, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance (2) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the magnitude of the effect of workload on job satisfaction (4) the amount of the effect of role conflict on job satisfaction of employees (5) the effect of work engagement to employee performance, (6) the effect of workload on employee performance (7) the effect of role conflict on employee performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. As for the object of this study is the involvement of work, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance. The results showed that (1) the involvement of work, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance Department of Education Aceh has been running well, because the obtained mean value is greater than the average value of hope, (2) job involvement positive and significant effect on the employee satisfaction, (3) there are significant workload on employee satisfaction, (4) conflict of roles affect the job satisfaction of employees, (5) the involvement of influential work on employee performance, (6) the workload positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) the results of research on the role conflicts prove that role conflict and significant positive effect on employee performance, and (8) the results of the study also show that employee satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance Department of Education Aceh. Keywords        Work Engagement, Work Load, Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to determine: (1) the condition of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, and Income toward Shopping Lifestyle and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in The Society of Banda Aceh; (2) the effect of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialsm, Income and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh; (3) the effect of shopping lifesyle and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh; (4) the effect of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialsm, and Income indirectly toward Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh Through Shopping Lifestyle. The sample of the study was 100 responden which were selected by the purposive sampling technique, and analysed using path analysis. The result showed that  Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, and Income have a positive influence on Shopping Lifestyle as well as online impulsive buying on fashion products. The results of the research on Shopping Lifestyle showed an influence on the improvement of online Impulsive buying on fashion products. The results also indicate that there is indirect influence between Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism and Income to impulsive Buying Online fashion product in Banda Aceh society through Shopping Lifestyle.Keywords :     Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, Income, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulsive   Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know (1) satisfaction of post purchase, purchasing decision, price, design, and residential location in Banda Aceh City, (2) influence of price, design and location, either simultantly or partially to decision of purchase of housing (3) The effect of price, design and location, either simultantly or partially on the satisfaction of post-purchase housing (4) the effect of purchasing decisions on satisfaction of post-purchase housing, (5) to analyze whether purchasing decisions mediate price, design and location influence on post- City of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh City, with the object of research is purchasing decision and post-purchase satisfaction is price, design and location with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the respondents have good perception of price variables, design, location, purchase decision and post-purchase satisfaction of housing in Banda Aceh City, this is because the average value for all research variables is greater than 4 in likert scale. The result of the research shows that the price, design, location both simultaneously and partially influence the decision of purchase of housing and price, design and location both simultaneously and partially influence to satisfaction of post-purchase of housing in Banda Aceh City, and also purchasing decision have influence to post- Purchase of housing in Banda Aceh City. Then the research also proves that there is indirect influence of price, design and location to the satisfaction of post-purchase of housing in Banda Aceh City. Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Aceh Syariah in Tapak Tuan with unit of analysis is employee. Research takes the area of human resource management and organization. The research aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment as a mediation variable to the effect of company ethics and OCB, also analyze the direct influence between variables. The sample was taken with census method as many as 75 employees, the primary data was obtained by circulating the questionnaire. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that there is a role of mediation variable of 14.38%, the direct effect between corporate ethics to OCB of 40.5%. The role of organizational commitment variable is significant at level 0,000 and far ˂ 0.005. The effects of the variables tested and the theoretical and managerial implications are discussed in the discussion.
