Abstract

The principle of fish processing basically aims to protect fish from damage and decay. With the processing process, the activity of spoilage bacteria can be inhibited or stopped. One method that is often used is canning. The data collection methods used are observation, question and answer, and literature. The purpose of this writing is to know or describe how the effectiveness of the quality control process of canning sardines at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The writing of this thesis is prepared based on the results of activities that have been carried out at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research, which is intended to describe or collect data and information about the process of quality control of the production process of canning lemuru fish (sardinella lemuru sp) at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The results of this study indicate that quality control carried out at PT Sarana Tani Pratama starts from the receipt of raw materials to the final product. The level of effectiveness of quality control carried out by PT Sarana Tani is considered to have run effectively and according to operational standards that have been set and supervised by the Quality Control (QC) team where they are tasked with controlling during the production process. Supervision is carried out in order to ensure the quality and quality of the product to be consumed and distributed in accordance with the standards that have been set.

Abstract

This water quality is very important to ensure a healthy shrimp life period. Water quality for this activity is influenced by several water quality parameters including, temperatur, Ph, salinity and alkalinity parameters. The aim of this research on water quality management is to find out how water quality management affects the survival rate in rearing vaname shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei) at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra. The data analysis method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that water quality management at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra increase the survival rate of vaname shrimp, the survival rate of vaname shrimp at PT.Benur Top De Heus Askra above 80%, this is achieved by maintaining water quality management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which of Facebook and Instagram has the most dominant effect on increasing the purchase intention of Ornamental Coral at PT Dirga Mega Cipta Bekasi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Facebook and Instagram social media followers on the @coral education and @coral_educational accounts. The sample in this study amounted to 39 people using random sampling analysis techniques, The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. The data processing technique used SPSS version 22. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study can show that Facebook and Instagram social media have the most dominant influence in increasing purchase intention on Ornamental Corals is Facebook Social Media.

Abstract

The utilization of social media as a promotional tool provides a wide opportunity for sellers to present their products on the internet. This allows consumers to make purchasing decisions regarding the products they have chosen.This study aims to determine how the implementation of Instagram Social Media as a promotional tool and its impact on buyer decisions for Coral at PT Dirga Mega Cipta, Bekasi, West Java. The research method used is a case study in the form of a qualitative approach while the type of research is descriptive. The qualitative approach is focused on "Generating Theory, while the data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study show that PT Dirga Mega Cipta has utilized social media in its promotional activities where and interaction and measurement of the effectiveness of promotional content on Instagram has a role in shaping purchasing decisions, both in general consumer scenarios and in B2B business environments. Companies need to understand these dynamics to design more effective and measurable marketing strategies on the platform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how social media affects consumers' purchase intentions. 181 respondents were given questionnaires as part of a nonprobability sampling strategy that also included a quantitative methodology in this study. The data analysis approach used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. When using the Likert scale approach of validity, operational variables were measured using SPSS 25.0, a computer measuring tool. The results showed that brand image, social media, electronic word-of-mouth, perceived value, and brand image were all significantly positive predictors of purchase intention. The component in this study that has the most effect on consumers' motivation to purchase is perceived value.
