Abstract

Background: Based on data obtained from the Arungkeke Community Health Center in 2023, there were 2035 injectable birth control acceptors. Of the 1082 family planning acceptors, it was found that there were still acceptors who complained of problems with their breast milk production. This research aims to determine the relationship between contraceptive use and adequate breast milk production at the Arungkeke Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency in 2023. Method: Researchers used an analytical survey research type with a cross sectional study approach. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents using contraception. The independent variable is breastfeeding mothers who use contraception and the dependent variable is adequate breast milk production. Medical record data research instruments and checklists. Analysis using the Chi-square test ( The production of breast milk is not sufficient, while breastfeeding mothers who do not use contraception are 10 respondents (25%) whose breast milk production is not sufficient, there are 10 respondents (25%) and 0 (0%) who have sufficient production. Enough breast milk. Results: Chi-square test results (X) with a p-value of 0.000, which means p < α (0.05), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a relationship between the use of contraception in breastfeeding mothers and the adequacy of breast milk production at the Arungkeke Community Health Center in 2023. Conclusion: It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, will provide more optimal information and knowledge about contraception, especially regarding counseling on contraceptive choices

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Megarezky University, there are still many female students who don't know how to do SADARI, don't know what SADARI is. This research aims to identify the ability of students from the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Megarezky University, to perform SADARI and the influence of Health Education on the ability to perform SADARI among students from the Physical Education Study Program. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental). This research uses the pretest-posttest design method. The target population in this study was students of the Physical Education Study Program and the ability of students after being given health education was found to have 12 respondents (75.0%) who were unable, and 4 respondents who were unable (25.0%). Results: Wilcoxon test results with a p-value of 0.019, which means p < α (0.05), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is an influence of health education on the SADARI examination as an early detection of breast cancer on the ability of physical education study program students at FKIP Megarezky University. Conclusion: It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, will provide more optimal information and knowledge about contraception, especially regarding counseling on contraceptive choices

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penundaan kehamilan perlu dengan mempersiapan kehamilan pada calon ibu hamil dan menjadi perhatian serius karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan kesehatan ibu, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin, proses persalinan, serta mengurangi resiko kelahiran abnormal pada janin. Tujuan: untuk mempelajari pengaruh Konseling dengan Media Buku peri terhadap Minat Penundaan Kehamilan Sehat pada Perempuan Pranikah di Puskesmas Kalibaru Jakarta Utara Tahun 2023. Metode: Quasy Eksperimen, one group pre-post design, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh calon pengantin yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas pada saat penelitian berjumlah 15 orang dengan teknik total samplling, memakai data yaitu data primer dengan observasi, analisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Dari hasil uji statsitik uji wilcoxon diketahui ada pengaruh Konseling dengan Media Buku peri terhadap Minat Penundaan Kehamilan Sehat pada Perempuan Pranikah di Puskesmas Kalibaru Jakarta Utara Tahun 2023 dengan nilai P=0,001 <0,005. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan tambahan informasi serta mensosialisasikan atau memberikan penyuluhan ketika melakukan kegiatan konseling kesehatan mengenai penundaan kehailan dalam mempersiapkan ibu hamil sehat, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya kompliasi dan risiko kehamilan yang bermsalah.

Abstract

Introduction: Patient comfort is an important factor in increasing visits to Puskesmas. The friendly service of the Puskesmas, the cleanliness of the room, and the neat layout of the room can make patients feel comfortable visiting. Objective: To find out the effect of 5s practices by midwives on the comfort of pregnant women when having examinations at the Ratte Puskesmas. Method: The type of research used is an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The samples in this study were all pregnant women who visited the Batusura Community Health Center in the last 1 year. The samples in this study were taken with a total sampling of 65 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire sheet. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS Statistics Program version 25.0 and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: there is an influence of 5S practice by midwives on the comfort of pregnant women when carrying out examinations with a value of ρ = 0.003. Conclusion:. There is an influence of 5S practices by midwives on the comfort of pregnant women during examinations

Abstract

Pain during labor is the pain that is felt in laboring mothers due to uterine contractions which is a physiological process of the human body when facing labor. Giving interventions in the labor process to reduce maternal pain that takes place during the first stage of the active phase of labor is needed, a very effective method in dealing with pain is to provide Warm compress action. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Warm compress e on the intensity of pain in pregnant women during the first active phase at the  biru bone Public Health Center This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. The research design is one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The analysis in this study used the Mc Nemarc test statistical test with a significance level of 95% (α 0.05). The results obtained before the warm compress was 26,7% who experienced mild pain, after being given warm compress there was an increase of 83,3% who experienced mild pain. Based on the Mc Nemarc test, the value of = 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Which means that there is an effect of warm compress on decreasing pain intensity in maternity mothers during the first active phase. Conclusion of this researchnamely warm compress is effective for reducing the intensity of pain in the first stage of the active phase in maternity because it's so focused at the point of pain, Thenexpected midwifein providing caremidwifery can apply warm compress to reduce pain intensity in maternity mothers.
