Abstract

Sweet potato innovation increases public preference and can enter the modern market by being processed into modern cakes. Modern cake processing is made from local ingredients as a form of increasing the income of sweet potato farmers. Ummah Cookies is one of the pioneers of traditional sweet potato cake production. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training in processing sweet potatoes into flour and direct application of sweet potato flour in making traditional cakes. Program evaluation includes assessment indicators regarding the understanding of the process of making sweet potato flour into flour, packaging and its application in making traditional cakes. Socialization activities, Training and Practice of making traditional cakes made from sweet potato flour went smoothly. The UNIM Community Service Team provided a live demonstration so that Ummah Cookies understood and were able to practice it independently. From the results of the Effect Evaluation (Pre-test and post-test) showed that the increase in partner capabilities was 4.21-89.2%. Making sweet potato flour at Itra Ummah Cookies showed a significant increase in partner knowledge and skills.

Abstract

UMKM telah menjadi tonggak terbesar pergerakan roda perekonomian masyarakat yang signifikan dimana pergerakan ini di selaraskan dengan pergerakan era digitalisasi yang semakin merembak dunia perkonomian dan memaksakan para penggerak usaha agar dapat menyesuaikan dengan adanya perkembangan digitalisai ekonomi agar dapat menstabilisasikan usahanya selalu. Penyelarasan tersebut sejalan dengan peraturan yang mengatur jalannya transaksi ekonomi pelaku bisnis yang sayang nya hingga kini belum dapat di terapakan oleh sebagian besar para UMKM di Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penerapan UMKM Go Online tersebut memerlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan oleh para pendamping yang berkompeten agar dapat menggunakan teknologi-teknologi digital yang ada saat ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usahanya serta dapat mempermudah jalannya administrasi keuangan yang berbasis Akuntansi UMKM

Abstract

Community Service Activities to implement one of the Higher Education Laws. In addition, by serving the community, the existence of universities is expected to make a major contribution to the development and application of science to the community. Especially the teacher of MI students Roudlotul Jannah Bilingual Prambon Sidoarjo. The method used in this community service is exposure, namely oral and investigative documentation, namely learning that emphasizes analytical and critical thinking processes related to knowledge, business knowledge and descriptions that are directly related to the type of business, innovative and creative ideas in startups, such as an effort made by collecting used goods. Usefulness can be converted into bags, souvenirs that can be sold using easily available tools and materials. The results of community service produced increase the knowledge of teachers and students of MI Roudlotul Jannah Bilingual about entrepreneurship and they have the ability to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in this community service and should be able to provide new enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Abstract

The development of the economic world in Indonesia in general, in Mojokerto in particular, has made various business actors compete in improving the performance of their companies through product competitiveness and improving the company's operational systems themselves, based on research conducted by the UNIM Accounting Study Program Community Service Team in collaboration with the UPN Accounting Service Team " Veterans" of East Java proposed training related to the Implementation of Financial Management and Administration of BUMDES for BUMDES of Puloniti Village which is engaged in general trade and services and was approved to conduct training on 15 – 16 May 2023 offline or face to face with the output of the training, namely BUMDES be able to make controlled planning regarding Village Business Entity Finances adjusted to the BUMDES Restra into the administration of BUMDES governance, and this training is ongoing where the UNIM Accounting Study Program Community Service Team and the UPN "Veteran" East Java Accounting Study Program Community Service Team will continue to monitor and assist BUMDES Puloniti Village in overall financial and operational management of BUMDES.
