Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

Abstract

AbstrakPemenuhan Gizi yang seimbang pada Anak Usia Dini masih dianggap sepele oleh orang tua terutama dalam menyiapkan sarapan anak. Padahal memberikan nutrisi dan gizi yang baik sangat mempengaruhi aktifitas fisik anak-anak sebelum melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode pelaksanaan program kreativitas mahasiswa ini dilakukan menggunakan tiga tahapan, antara lain: pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahapan monitoring atau evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi pendidikan terakhir orang tua akan makin baik pula cara pengasuhan anak sehingga perkembangan anak terpengaruh berjalan secara positif. Sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat pendidikan orang tua akan kurang baik dalam mengasuh anak.Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Pemenuhan Gizi, Anak Usia Dini AbstractThe fulfillment of balanced nutrition in early childhood is still considered trivial by parents, especially in preparing children's breakfast. In fact, providing good nutrition and nutrition greatly affects the physical activities of children before carrying out teaching and learning activities. The method of implementing this student creativity program is carried out using three stages, including: the implementation of socialization activities, the implementation stage, and the monitoring or evaluation stage. The results of this activity show that the higher the last education of parents, the better the way of childcare so that the child's development is affected runs positively. On the contrary, the lower the level of education of parents, the less good it will be in parenting.Keywords: Socialization, Nutrition Fulfillment, Early Childhood

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality, service quality, price, and places of purchase decision of Gift Shop and factor analysis most influential in influencing decision of Gift Shop in Kec. Baraka Kab.Enrekang. The population in this study are the consumers of Toko Anugerah. The sample that amounted to 100 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Accidental sampling approach, that is the technique of determining the sample based on the place, that is who met the researcher if it is suitable. Based on the results of research, obtained regression picture as follows: Y = 0,201 X1 + 0,302 X2 + 0,309 X3 + 0,201 X4 + e. With statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The independent variables of each of the most influential variables are the variables with regression coefficient of 0.309, then the quality of service with regression coefficient of 0.302, then followed by the most ugly variables namely the correlation coefficient of 0.201, and place variables with coefficients. regression of 0.201. The Gift Shop needs to preserve the elements that already exist well by the customer and need to Install things that are still lacking.
