Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of food and beverage companies. The variables used in this study are sales growth, liquidity, asset growth and capital structure. The population of this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, totaling 29 companies. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method. There were 20 companies that met the criteria as research samples so that the research data amounted to 60. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, the calculated F-count is 4.770 with a significance of 0.005, the significance value is smaller than 0.05. It is concluded that Sales Growth has no positive effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure. Asset growth has no positive effect on capital structure.

This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the population including all students of the management and accounting study program at Halmahera University, and the research sample includes, all students of the management and accounting study program who have taken financial management courses. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. From the results of the previous research and discussion, it can be concluded that Financial Knowledge has no effect on the Financial Management Behaviour variable. it can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression tests. Financial Knowledge Variable (X1) has a beta value coefficient of 0.159 from X1 variable with a value of 0.159 > 0.05 and Financial Planning Variable (X2) has a coefficient of 0.144. The value of the X2 variable is 0.144 > 0.05. This shows that the financial knowledge and financial planning variables have no effect on the financial management behaviour variable.

Abstract

The target of the PKM Team is the production of Tuna Bud-dhe, the problem is that partners do not understand how to determine product prices and so far, the product selling price calculations have only been based on estimates and a lack of organization of human resources. As a result, the functions and duties of employees are not optimal and have an impact on the amount of production and profits of UMKM. the solution to overcome this problem the PKM TEAM proposes appropriate technology in calculating the cost of goods sold, namely by providing knowledge of calculating the cost of goods sold with the product line cost structure and will provide knowledge and assistance in HR management so that the functions and duties of employees and owners are carried out properly. The results of the PKM activities show that after the training was carried out, the participants increased their knowledge and optimal shredded selling price.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge regarding agricultural product processing and the application of relevant technologies is indeed a significant obstacle to the development of the food processing. This is reflected in the village of Sailal which is located in the mining area of PT. Antam, where pineapple is one of the cultivated plants that provides income to the community, but its economic value is low. These obstacles are the main focus of community service activities. The implementation team applied participatory action research as a method to solve the problem. The application of the method showed an increase in understanding of wine for three criteria, namely understanding wine 44%, the difference between wine and alcohol 30%, and the type of fruit in producing wine 40%. Meanwhile, understanding of UMKM is 40% at the level of importance from the expectation of 100%. The low percentage is because according to community groups it is very difficult to understand the theory rather than the practice. The practical activity of processing pineapple derivative products is wine The level of importance is at 95% of the expected 100%. The data informs that the group is very satisfied with the application of technology to process pineapple into wine. Although the training activities were successful, there were still obstacles in the implementation of UMKM. The next program activity plan focuses on the application of theory to form UMKM groups.
