Abstract

The modern era demands that business actors and micro-industry continue to monitor. This is done so that the business owned can continue to run and develop well. Micro-entrepreneurs as part of the development of future components of the economy, of course, need serious assistance in order to improve the quality of their production. The food business is an interesting branch of business and not many people have developed it, through service that is packaged in the form of community empowerment, it is expected to have an impact and benefit for mothers in the community to have the ability to produce pastries. This service is carried out in several stages which include planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. All stages were carried out well, stage (a) planning planning included the preparation of a service plan that took into account the results of the survey and needs analysis that had been carried out previously. (b) the implementation of the program that has been prepared in the next stage is carried out in advance at the location by implementing health, (c) evaluation is carried out with the implementation of the program that has been implemented both in good terms by supporting success and follow-up plans, and (d) reporting that includes the preparation of reports as an accountability program that has been implemented.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to provide legal assistance in identifying and fulfilling documents related to the acquisition of land rights in order to ensure legal certainty, particularly for land assets managed by the administrators of RT 02 RW 04, Arjosari Subdistrict. The main issue faced by the partner is the incompleteness of land administration documents, despite the fact that land possession has been effectively exercised. Through legal counseling activities, discussions, assistance, and legal consultations, the community gained a better understanding of the importance of land registration and the procedures that must be followed. The results of the program indicate an increase in public legal awareness as well as an improvement in the partner’s ability to identify and prepare the necessary documents for the land registration process. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan hukum terkait pengidentifikasian dan pemenuhan dokumen perolehan hak atas tanah guna menjamin kepastian hukum, khususnya bagi aset tanah yang dikelola oleh Pengurus RT 02 RW 04 Kelurahan Arjosari. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum terpenuhinya dokumen administrasi pertanahan secara lengkap meskipun penguasaan tanah telah dilakukan secara nyata. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan hukum, diskusi, pendampingan, dan konsultasi hukum, masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya pendaftaran tanah dan prosedur yang harus ditempuh. Abstract

This study examines the legality of the United States military operations against Venezuela and the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro in January 2026 from the perspective of International Law. It aims to analyze whether these actions violate the principles of state sovereignty, territorial integrity, the prohibition on the use of force, and the immunity of heads of state.  The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches. The legal materials consist of international treaties, UN resolutions, judgments of the International Court of Justice, and legal doctrines.  The findings indicate that the United States’ military operation constitutes an unlawful use of force under Article 2(4) of the UN Charter and cannot be justified under Article 51 concerning the right of self-defense. The arrest of Nicolás Maduro also contradicts the principles of territorial sovereignty, non-intervention, and immunity ratione personae of a sitting head of state.  Accordingly, the actions of the United States can be categorized as a military intervention that violates fundamental principles of International Law. This study contributes to the development of International Law by clarifying the legal limits of the use of force and extraterritorial law enforcement against foreign heads of state, and by affirming that combating transnational crime cannot override the fundamental principles of International Law.
