Abstract

Dispute settlement through the courts (litigation) is perceived as ineffective and costly. The dispute resolution process through the courts is prolonged and time-consuming due to its very formal and very technical review procedure, high costs of the case, and the likelihood of repeated trials. The number of complaints made against citizens unwilling to deal with the judiciary. The Supreme Court with its authority to address the problems of the courts (litigation), namely by ratifying the 2015 Supreme Court Regulation (Perma) No. 2 concerning the procedures for the settlement of the Small Claims Court, to allow all elements of society to take a new direction of litigation, namely through Small Claims Court a simple, fast and low-cost lawsuit. With this, it hopes that the judicial process in Indonesia will be well underway in the future.

Abstract

The rise of news in the media related to sexual violence against children is a surprise to the community. The perpetrators actually come from the closest people like father, uncle, grandfather. Although this has been regulated in the Law on Child Protection, but in fact this crime continues. If not handled seriously, sexual violence against children can have a broad social impact on the community. Handling and healing psychological trauma due to sexual violence must receive great attention from all parties involved. This paper intends to identify the relationship between sexual violence against children with human rights violations.

Abstract

Environment in Indonesia concerning land, water, and air in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. All of these environmental media are the containers where we live, live and breathe. Healthy environmental Media, will give birth to the current generation of human beings and generations will come a healthy and dynamic. Industrial development, forest exploitation as well as busy and crowded traffic flows due to development that continues to evolve, providing side effects. These side effects result in the land we live in, the water we use for the life and the air we breathe. If the soil, water and air eventually can no longer provide a climate or condition that is feasible for us to use, the pollution or environmental damage has occurred.
