Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan bagi para guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini atau PAUD di Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil kordinasi dengan mitra PKM menunjukkan bahwa para guru PAUD membutuhkan keahlian bidang komputer terutama untuk pemamfaatan berbagai perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu pekerjaan mereka. Saat ini, data demografi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru PAUD disana adalah lulusan SMU dan berada pada level kurang menguasai dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer. Padahal para guru PAUD secara rutin membuat pelaporan terkait hasil penilaian belajar peserta didik, pelaporan terkait capaian pembelajaran telah tercapai, dan bentuk laporan lainnya. Selama ini, para guru mengandalkan seorang operator atau menyuruh pihak lain untuk mengerjakannya. Hal ini sangat beresiko karena ada banyak data-data rahasia yang terkandung dalam setip pelaporan tersebut. Selain itu, keberadaan operator yang ada di setiap sekolah PAUD sangat sedikit. Hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang kegiata PKM yang bersinergi antara himpunan PAUD atau HIMPAUDI di Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat dengan Program Studi Sistem Informasi Kalbis Institute. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keahlian teknik para guru di bidang komputer khususnya keahlian memanfaatkan microsoft excel untuk proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Semper Coffee is an UMKM business that focuses on the food and beverage sector. Semper Coffee is a cafe business that still applies a manual system and does not yet have a system for its business sales process. This can lead to wrong recording for the documentation of each sales transaction. Therefore, by implementing ERP in Kopi Semper's business processes, it is expected to increase Kopi Semper's activities in order, sell and make documentation. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a system created to help business process activities more accurately and integrated. Point of Sale (POS) is an ERP-integrated Odoo application. POS is a system that is widely used by various retail businesses to make buying and selling transactions. Therefore, it is hoped that by using the Odoo ERP application which can help business processes at Kopi Semper so that every buying and selling transaction carried out by the purchasing department can be well documented. The waterfall method is the fastest and most efficient ERP implementation for the final project.

Abstract

The Muara Baru Modern Fish Market, a fisheries business center, faces challenges due to the absence of an online system. Currently, customers must visit the store for purchases, and sellers cannot update product information or process transactions online. Additionally, sales reports are manually recorded using paper or books, affecting business efficiency. To address these issues, a study proposes the design of an e-commerce system using PHP programming and the prototyping method. Black Box Testing will be employed for evaluation. Data collection involves observations, interviews, and literature studies. The envisioned e-commerce system will enable customers to access real-time product information, place orders, and make online payments, streamlining the buying process. This website-based seafood transaction system is expected to enhance customer convenience and operational efficiency, providing a robust solution for Muara Baru Modern Fish Market to thrive in the digital era.

Abstract

PT VE is a general contractor company that supplies any tools in form of equipment rental for mining corporations in Indonesia. Nowadays, PT VE has an integrated IS for just a few and not for all Departement in the company. Based on this phenomenon some Departement may generates redundant data, and generates ineffectively work process because doing the same recurrent job. The purpose of this study is to make IS/TI Strategis Planning in PT VE by identifying business and IS/IT strategies then conforming them. A methodology this study use is Ward & Peppard verses and uses SWOT, PEST, McFarlan Strategic Grid, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis,Value Chain Analysis, CSF for analysis tools. The result of this study is an application portfolio that might become future reference for establish or developing systems to support the business objectives.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology makes business actors have to follow developments that occur in the entrepreneurial environment. In this research, we do a website-based inventory design at Toko Yuda. The inventory system in the store is still done manually, so this study aims to build an inventory system at Yuda Stores web-based, to cover the process of incoming goods, outgoing goods, recording. The research method used is the development of a prototyping system that includes system analysis using cross-functional diagrams. The modeling in this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), this development system is built with a MySQL database and PHP programming and using Black Box testing. The purpose of this system is to make it easier for users to record inventory activities at Yuda's store and print goods reports. The result of this research is that the system has been successfully built based on the design of business requirements and provides functions that facilitate the storage process.
