Abstract

Literature review article on the influence of capital structure, financial risk and investment opportunities on company financial performance in the port sector with the principles of corporate governance (GCG) as intervening variables is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research , within the scope of Financial Management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this article are that: 1) Capital Structure influences Company Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable; 2) Financial Risk affects the Company's Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable; and 3) Investment Opportunities affect the Company's Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as an Intervening Variable. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of Company Financial Performance in the Port Sector with the Principles of Corporate Governance (GCG) as Intervening Variables there are still many other factors including the variables x4, x5 and x6.

Abstract

Pengolahan es krim dengan penambahan berbagai macam buah atau sayuran dan bahan penstabil atau pengemulsi bertujuan untuk memperbaiki karakteristik fisika-kimia dan sensoris es krim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak kelopak bunga rosela dan bahan penstabil terhadap overrun, kecepatan leleh, kadar vitamin C, dan karakteristik sensoris es krim yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktor, yaitu jumlah ekstrak rosela (0, 20, 40, dan 60 g per 200 mL susu cair) dan jenis penstabil (karboksimetil selulosa/CMC, gelatin, dan karagenan, masing-masing 0,3%). Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) taraf alfa 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar ekstrak kelopak bunga rosela berpengaruh nyata terhadap kecepatan leleh, kadar vitamin C, serta sifat hedonik dan mutu hedonik warna, aroma, dan rasa es krim. Sedangkan jenis bahan penstabil berpengaruh nyata terhadap overrun, kecepatan leleh, serta sifat hedonik dan mutu hedonik tekstur es krim. Interaksi antara kadar ekstrak kelopak bunga rosela dan jenis bahan penstabil berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diujikan.
