Abstract

Dividend policy which contributes to obtain profits obtained by entities that can be distributed to investors as dividends or requested in the form of profits that are used as capital in the future by the entity. In this sduty, there is a purpose to determine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, company growth and business effectiviness on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry sector and miscellaneous industry sector on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The independent variables used are profitability, ownership structure, company growth and business effectiveness. The population in this study consisted of 109 companies included in the consumer goods industry sector and miscellaneous industry sector on the Bursa Efek Indonesia.samples selected by purposive sampling were selected into 10 companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the period 2015-2019. The data collection technique used was documentation technique. Data management technique used is data management with SPSS version 21. Data analysis method used is to use multiple linear methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan dalam pencapaian akademik antara siswa yang berasal dari keluarga utuh dan siswa yang berasal dari keluarga broken home di SMK Al Husna Pasirnangka. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena yang menunjukkan bahwa keadaan keluarga merupakan salah satu elemen krusial yang mempengaruhi perkembangan psikologis serta hasil akademik siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi nilai rapor dan distribusi angket terkait kondisi keluarga. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kategori keluarga utuh dan broken home. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk menentukan signifikansi perbedaan rata-rata pencapaian akademik antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi belajar antara siswa dari keluarga utuh dan siswa dari keluarga broken home, di mana siswa dari keluarga utuh menunjukkan pencapaian akademik yang cenderung lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya stabilitas keluarga dalam mempengaruhi kesiapan belajar, dukungan emosional, dan motivasi akademik siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat pendidikan melalui peran guru IPS, khususnya dalam pengembangan karakter, peningkatan motivasi belajar, serta penginternalisasian nilai-nilai sosial yang mendukung ketahanan diri bagi siswa broken home..

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the tendency of individuals to purchase goods or services that are not always based on actual needs, but are influenced by desires, trends, and social environmental factors. This study aims to determine the level of consumptive behavior among the people of Linggajaya Village, the factors that influence it, and the efforts made by the community to reduce consumptive behavior in daily life.This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through structured questionnaires distributed to the community of Linggajaya Village, Tasikmalaya City.The sample was determined using purposive sampling, selecting respondents who were considered representative of the community. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively to describe patterns of consumptive behavior.The results show that the level of consumptive behavior among the people of Linggajaya Village is relatively high, particularly in the form of impulsive buying, purchases driven by promotions or discounts, and the tendency to follow trends on social media. Factors influencing consumptive behavior include individual, psychological, social, technological, and financial literacy factors. Therefore, it is necessary to improve awareness and education regarding financial management so that people can make wiser consumption decisions.
