Abstract

This research aims to reveal the psychological impact of divorce on children. This type of research is qualitative using library and field methods. Research findings indicate: First, the impact of divorce, which has many negative effects on children's psychological development, can affect all aspects of children's psychological development, starting from intellectual aspects, social aspects, language aspects, moral and religious aspects. Therefore, it can be minimized with various efforts from both parties who have divorced. Starting from strengthening children's spirituality, both before and after divorce. This can make children have strong personalities, understand Islamic law and be able to control themselves according to the provisions of the law. Second, communicate well with children, chat, discuss and help solve the problems the children are facing. Third, pay attention to the living environment in which the child lives after divorce, whether at the father's or mother's house, at his grandmother's house, at school and in his play environment. By giving them attention and opportunities to interact well, express their opinions and take part in various daily activities.

Abstract

This study generally aims to determine the factors underlying the rejection of inheritance, the consequences caused by the rejection of inheritance and the review of Islamic law on the rejection of inheritance analysis of husband's intervention in Gampong Paya Rangkuluh. The form of this research is carried out with a qualitative approach, meaning that the data that has been collected is classified into categories based on the similarity of the type of data. Based on the findings of this study, the factor of rejection of inheritance is caused by the husband's intervention factor, lack of inheritance knowledge and suspicion of other heirs and from the data studied the husband's influence is very fundamental to the rejection of property which causes consequences including the severance of friendship between the heirs, even among them no longer greet each other and do not visit each other, more ironically the husband of the heir who refused now hates his in-laws, some of the inheritance is neglected. Where the assets that can be utilized become useless without anyone to take care of them, even more feared is that one of the heirs can eat the assets of another heir without permission, and finally the heir who rejects the inheritance feels inconvenience (Inconvenience) because he is at a loss, in accepting or rejecting the inheritance. Therefore, by looking at the consequences that arise, the rejection of inheritance is not allowed and is forbidden by law.

Abstract

The purpose of this University of Riau KKN activity is to provide assistance to UMKM in terms of utilizing digital technology to market products and improve product branding, especially for UMKM in Sungai Siput Village. There are 3 UMKM in Sungai Siput Village, namely UMKM that sell oyster mushrooms, handicrafts and herbal medicine, which are experiencing a decline in sales so they need to implement new strategies, one of which is product branding and digital marketing. Assistance is provided to utilize technology to increase sales, create logo designs for social media and also to be used on packaging, so that people can get to know the product itself better. The result of this activity is the formation of a new logo and a new name for product branding from UMKM. Apart from that, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through effective and targeted social media.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan hal penting dalam pengelolaan dan pendistribusian dana zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan dana zakat dan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendistribusian dana zakat di masjid kelurahan tembilahan barat kecamatan tembilahan hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah para petugas amil dan mustahik di 5 Masjid namun ada 2 masjid yang tidak membuka amil zakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa petugas amil zakat masjid di kelurahan Tembilahan Barat pengelolaannya sudah sesuai dengan perinsip ekonomi Islam. Dilakukan secara terbuka dan diketahui oleh masyarakat, menjalankan tugas tanpa adanya unsur pemaksaan dari manapun, dan melakukannya tugasnya  dengan prinsip suakrela,  bergotong royong serta kompak dengan membentuk petugas amil dari masyarakat sekitar, menjalankan tugasnya secara profesional, dan sesuai dengan keahliannya dibidang masing-masing dan juga sudah berpengalaman pada ditahun-tahun sebelumnya, melaksanakan tugasnya dengan mandiri tanpa harus menunggu bantuan dari pihak lain. Petugas amil zakat masjid di kelurahan Tembilahan Barat melaksanakan pendistribusian sudah sesuai dengan prinsip Ekonomi Islam. Dengan mengutamakan pendistribusian pada lingkungan terdekat dan merata, menjadikan fakir miskin prioritas utama dan  menyeluruh kepada delapan golongan, namun pada saat sekarang  ada yang tidak ada seperti budak, jadi pendistribusian hanya dilakukan kepada fakir, miskin, amil, mualaf, gharimin, fi sabilillah, dan ibnu sabil.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Koordinasi mata dan kaki dengan kekuatan otot tungkai merupakan kemampuan fisik yang dibutuhkan setiap pemain sepak bola. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara koordinasi mata dan kaki dengan kekuatan otot tungkai secara bersama-sama terhadap keterampilan long passing dalam permainan sepak bola. penelitian ini menggunakan mengunakan tes passing dan stop passing, tes squat jump dan tes keterampilan long passing. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, koordinasi mata dan kaki dengan kekuatan otot tungkai secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan long passing dalam permainan sepak bola.
