Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of board size, board size, and company size on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis models. This study used a purposive sampling method, namely the panyampelan method based on certain criteria. The number of samples used is 30 samples of financial statements for the 2015-2018 period. The results of this study are the size of the board of directors has a negative effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies, the size of the board of commissioners partially has a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies, the size of the board of directors and the size of the company partially have a negative effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, simultaneously the size of the board of directors, size of the board of commissioners and company size have a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang sangat serius dalam bidang pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan, hal ini akan selalu menarik perhatian semua pihak karena masa depan Bangsa Indonesia sangat bergantung pada mutu pendidikan. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas dan perannya sebagai pemimpin dalam sekolah masih belum efektif untuk mempengaruhi orang lain termasuk guru. Di sekolah, guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan anak usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi guru harus meliputi; kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi. Selanjutnya adalah Komite sekolah dibentuk bertujuan untuk menunjang penyelenggaraan pendidikan dimana komite sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam berbagai persoalan yang berhubungan dengan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan peran komite sekolah tehadap mutu pendidikan di SMA negeri 1 Gresik. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif digambarkan melalui simbol-simbol matematik (angka-angka) sebab dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan indikator-indikator variabel independen, tetang teori gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kualitas guru dan peran komite sekolah, serta indikator variabel dependen yakni tentang mutu pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini secara positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan ini berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan peran komite sekolah semakin baik dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya maka mutu pendidikan akan meningkat.

Abstract

Bank yang mempunyai kegiatan utamanya menyalurkan dana kemasyarakat dalam bentuk kredit mempunyai risiko yang cukup besar, oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem pengendalian intern pemberian kredit yang efektif untuk mencegah atau mengurangi risiko tersebut. PT BPR Bumi Sanggabuana Gresik merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah memberikan kredit pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris bahwa sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pada PT BPR Bumi Sanggabuana Gresik sudah memadai dan berjalan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian internal sebagai dasar pemberian kredit yang dilaksanakan oleh PT BPR Bumi Sanggabuana Gresik. Data penelitian ini diperoleh observasi serta wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang terkait, dan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan atas prosedur pemberian kredit serta sistem pengendalian internal pada pemberian kredit yang dilaksanakan PT BPR Bumi Sanggabuana Gresik sudah cukup efektif. Namun, PT BPR Bumi Sanggabuana Gresik sebaiknya menetapkan sebuah mekanisme khusus untuk mengetahui dan menelusuri ketidakwajaran yang terjadi dengan nasabah atau debitur maupun pihak luar lainnya baik dalam hal operasional, keuangan maupun ketaatan terhadap kebijakan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Pencairan dana adalah suatu tindakan atau kegiatan menyalurkan, mengeluarkan, merealisasikan, atau kegiatan menguangkan dan memperbolehkan mengambil dana berupa uang tunai yang disediakan untuk suatu keperluan tertentu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bawa: Penerapan Pencairan Dana Langsung (LS) pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Gresik yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Gresik Nomor 12 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Tahun Anggaran 2015. Tetapi masih ada beberapa kendala dalam proses penerbitan Surat Perintah Membayar Dana Langsung (SPM-LS) untuk Pencairan Belanja Langsung Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa, diantaranya keterlambatan Penyelesaian Dokumen Kontrak. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477725

Abstract

Public accounting profession is considered to be able to provide the opportunity for individuals or private to develop skills and provide opportunities to gain varied work. This is because they assume will be assigned in various sections or positions on the various types of companies that have different characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to determine wether factors such as financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations influence the selection of the public accounting profession for accounting students at the Gresik University.Populations in this study were students majoring in accounting Gresik University economic faculties. Samples in this study using a quota sampling as many as 50 students majoring in accounting who have followed the course of auditing. Analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linier regression, F test and t test. The data used are primary data collected for the study of the place of the incident example distributing questionnares. While secondary data in this research is through review of literature, example from books, journals, and access the web site. The result of research indicate the factors of financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations simultaeously and partially affect the interests of accounting students in selecting the profession of public accountants. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477689

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness of the application of revenue accounting information systems for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika, whether in accordance with the elements of accounting information systems. This research use descriptive method that is method analyze data which data collected, compiled and analyzed so as to give solution about problem faced.The object of this research is the application of revenue accounting information system in PT Petro Graha Medika. The data used in this study is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting information system on income for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika has been running well and quite effective. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether earnings management and Good Corporarate Governance affect  the financial performance of the company. The research was conducted at manufacturing company of industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Analysis of data model used in this research is multiple linear regression model using SPSS 18. Data analysis using classical assumption test that is data normality test, multicolinierity test, autocorrelation test and hiteroskedatisitas test. And t test and f test. The results showed that there is no effect of earnings management on corporate financial performance. then the company's financial performance as measured by return on assets has increased with good corporate governance. The test results of both variable earnings management and good corporate governance have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of the company.Keywords: earnings management, good corporate governance, financial performanceDOI :10.5281/zenodo.3474586

Abstract

Along with the changing times, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are now in great demand by many company management, because it has many advantages. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of controlling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to increase procurement activities. The type of research used is qualitative. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.
