Abstract

The growth of business actors in the contemporary beverage sector is seen in urban and rural areas. Various brands and variations of raw materials. This is one of the points in the results of the SWOT analysis. This study was prepared with the aim of assessing the business feasibility of a company that becomes a retailer agent in one of the sub-districts in Boyolali district, Central Java province. Assessing several aspects such as business aspects, marketing aspects, operational aspects, human resources aspects, financial aspects, juridical aspects, and environmental aspects. The results of the study indicate that increasing the company's ability to produce ice crystals independently through investment in production machines and innovations in the marketing field will be carried out is feasible. Companies need to maintain the quality of products and services that have been running well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the main forms of innovation that must be implemented as well as identifying inhibiting factors in innovating learning to achieve quality graduates at SMA Bhakti Putra Cibodas. This research method uses descriptive analysis. to analyze the data objectively and describe the Management of Learning Innovations to Achieve Quality Graduates at Sma Bhakti Putra Cibodas. Data collection was carried out by means of short interviews with management staff at SMA Bhakti Putra Cibodas in order to obtain an overview of the extent to which Innovation Management has been implemented and provide evaluations and suggestions regarding the implementation of innovation management at SMA Bhakti Putra Cibodas. The research results show that at Bhakti Putra Cibodas High School, efforts continue to be made to increase learning innovation even though limited internet access is still a major challenge. The main form of innovation that must be implemented is the optimal use of internet media, even though access is not yet optimal, by providing online resources and online learning platforms. Peer tutoring is also introduced as an innovative element, strengthening collaboration in the learning environment. The application of storytelling techniques and a case study approach helps create memorable learning experiences. However, a number of inhibiting factors, including limited human resources, stakeholder resistance, and limited funding, require further attention to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of these innovations in achieving the desired quality of graduates.

Abstract

Globalisasi dapat membawa pengaruh dalam perkembangan. Di berbagai bidang termasuk bidang teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Dengan adanya teknologi telekomunikasi yang semakin canggih, semua manusia seolah-olah berada di satu ruangan yang bisa saling bertegur sapa dan melakukan aktifitas didunia maya, termasuk dalam bermuamalah. Dengan adanya teknologi sangat membantu manusia untuk memuhi kebutuhannya yang merupakan kewajiban. Transaksi jual beli dapat menjadi media pada kemajuan teknologi dari sebuah internet. Dengan perkembangan zaman, transaksi jual beli juga mengalami perubahan atau perkembangan yang mulanya saat konsumen membutuhkan barang maka dia harus pergi langsung ke toko yang menjual barang yang dibutuhkan, namun kini konsumen  tidak perlu repot-repot pergi langsung ke toko cukup duduk dirumah dan membuka aplikasi atau media sosial di smartphone, yang dikenal dengan jual beli online. Transaksi yang dapat dilakukan secara online dapat dilakukan dengan mengguanakn internet, yang kemudian dinamakan jual beli online. Jual beli online—pemasaran online—lebih dianggap praktis, cepat dan mudah, selain itu juga dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran dan memaksimalkan dalam meraih keuntungan. Kegiatan secara online atau lewat internet ini dapat kita sebut dengan Istilah e-commerce, yaitu transaksi elektronik.
