Abstract

Personal hygiene is an effort to improve the health status of garbage transporting officers so that garbage transporting officers can avoid various diseases caused by garbage. This study aims to analyze the personal hygiene factors for garbage transporting officers in Ternate City, North Maluku Province. The type of research used is Mixed Methods research, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. With a sequential explanatory design. The population of this study was 143 respondents with a quantitative sample of 59 respondents using the random sampling technique. Research subjects include knowledge, work environment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and socio-culture of garbage transporting officers. Collecting data by means of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis techniques used the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was no influence of knowledge with personal hygiene for garbage transporting officers, p-value of 0.404 (> 0.05). work environment p-value of 0.223 (> 0.05). There is an effect of using personal protective equipment (PPE) p-value of 0.007 (<0.05). The socio-cultural p-value is 0.010 (<0.05). Personal protective equipment (PPE) and socio-culture which more influence the personal hygiene of garbage transporting officers in Ternate city, North Maluku Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kendari.jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peristiwa dan fenomena serta memberikan data tentang fakta atau fenomena dilapangan secara sistematis,mengenai kualitas pelayanan  terhadap kepuasaan perserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kendari. Informan penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang Data di kumpulkan melalui  wawancara ,dokumentasi dan  Observasi. Data  yang diperoleh selanjutnya, dianalis dengan  model interaktif  terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data,penyajian data dan kesimpulan, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kendari dalam meningkatkan kepuasan peserta yang dilihat dari lima dimensi, yakni: a) dimensi bukti fisik (tangibles), b) dimensi keandalan (reliability), c) dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness), d) dimensi jaminan (assurance), dan e) dimensi empati (empathy) telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dilihat dari rata-rata jawaban yang diberikan oleh para informan yang menyatakan bahwa kelima dimensi tersebut sudah baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Kategori tersebut tidak hanya disampaikan baik oleh para karyawan, namun juga oleh para peserta yang juga menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kendari berdasarkan pada lima dimensi tersebut diatas sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, sehingga berimplikasi dengan baik pada kualitas pelayanan dari Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kendari.

Abstract

Inflation is a continuous increase in prices over a certain period, and inflation is one of the impacts of the prolonged economic crisis that hit the country. Inflation is a condition where there is a sharp increase in prices that lasts continuously for a certain period of time. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the money supply, interest rates, and exchange rates on inflation. The method used is a quantitative analysis tool with multiple regression using the Eviews method. Secondary data obtained by researchers from the results of publications conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The results of the study show that the money supply and the exchange rate have no significant effect on the inflation rate, while the exchange rate has a significant effect on inflation..
