Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini meliputi proses pengadaan sarana prasarana, Pemanfaatan sarana prasarana, dan Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana di SDN Sarirogo kab. Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini mendapat hasil bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan SDN Sarirogo untuk para murid memberikan pengaruh besar dalam prestasi non akademik siswa. Sarana prasarana di SDN Sarirogo tergolong belum memadai karena memiliki beberapa faktor dalam pemenuhannya yang antara lain kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah yang kurang mendukung sehingga berdampak pada prestasi non akademik siswa. Namun, ketika sarana dan prasarana tersebut dibutuhkan maka pihak sekolah mengupayakan dengan mengalih-fungsikan komponen yang ada dan diisi dengan komponen yang kurang tersebut. SDN Sarirogo telah memberikan fasilitas dalam menunjang prestasi non akademik siswa dengan memberikan panggung karya serta memberikan ekstrakurikuler yang menarik minat non akademik siswa. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Sarana Prasarana, Prestasi Non Akademik

Abstract

Public relations or what can be called public relations is very much needed in an educational institution, especially in communicating with the community to form an opinion or a good image. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the role of public relations in shaping public opinion in Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Junwangi includes the role of public relations as a communicator, the role of public relations as a relationship builder, the role of public relations as backup management and the role of public relations as forming public opinion. delivery of information to alumni, delivery of information to society and government, visits from guardians of students. The manifestation of the role of public relations as a relationship builder includes: socialization of mutaba'ah guardians of students (institutional meetings with guardians of students) its functions are for program socialization, Islamic boarding school socialization, sowan, final class socialization, graduation SOP socialization. or public opinion including: socialization of PPDB, informing about paid activities, outreach on social media. The role of public relations as back-up management is an activity carried out by public relations through several processes, namely the process of finding facts, then planning by communicating and then making an evaluation. Public Relations MA Bilingual Junwangi also uses several types of communication media in carrying out its activities, both direct and indirect communication media.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of teacher recruitment and the influencing factors at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah. To answer the above problems comprehensively, the researcher uses a qualitative method approach with a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. In this technique, the researcher does not actively play a role in organizational activities. In addition, to ensure the validity of the data, checks are carried out through data triangulation after the data is collected and then analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that (1) the Roudlotul Jannah TPQ institution has its own system in the recruitment of teachers. The recruitment process at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah is that the system for disseminating announcements uses internal methods by word of mouth, as well as the selection process at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah they collaborate with the central institution of Qiroaati to select qualified teachers. (2) the supporting factors of the recruitment process at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah are external factors, namely the personal desire to become a TPQ teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the problems and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in extracurricular development at MI At-Taqwa Kebon Agung Sidoarjo.This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach, this research involves the madrasah head, deputy madrasah head of student affairs, extracurricular coaches, and students as subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique (data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing). The results of the study identified supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include: 1) Positive support from parents (permission, equipment, participation) and high commitment of teachers in guiding students. 2) Increased student motivation and achievement, demonstrated by enthusiastic participation and achievements in various fields such as sports, arts, and religion. 3) Strong school management policies in recruiting competent coaches and flexibility in forming new extracurricular activities. The inhibiting factors found were: 1) Uneven student participation, with some activities attracting many students but some with minimal interest or even not followed. 2) Limited facilities and infrastructure, such as inadequate field conditions or equipment and lack of specialized space. 3) The lack of funding, which limits the number, type of activities, and quality of extracurricular activities. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of extracurricular development at MI At-Taqwa Kebon Agung Sidoarjo

Abstract

The implementation of academic supervision in education has three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The role of the madrasa head in academic supervision of teachers is very important in every activity carried out at the madrasa. A supervisor has the ability to shape the characteristics and capacities of teaching staff, as well as coordinate and guide the growth and development of their abilities both individually and collectively. As a supervisor, the madrasa head supports teaching staff in preparing educational supervision programs, carrying out supervision using the correct approaches and supervision techniques, and evaluating the results of academic supervision. This research aims to find out how madrasa heads implement supervision of educators at MAIT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative research which aims to obtain an accurate, systematic and factual description of the characteristics, facts and relationships between the phenomena discussed. The methods used by the author in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were the head of the madrasah and the deputy curriculum educator. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis. From the results of this research, the author can conclude that the head of the madrasah has carried out academic supervision in accordance with success indicators. The head of the madrasah guides educators in choosing teaching methods, directs educators in choosing teaching materials and conducting class visits

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam proses rekrutmen guru di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Sumput Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam proses rekrutmen guru di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Sumput Sidoarjo dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi kepala sekolah dalam proses rekrutmen guru di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Sumput Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah membentuk tim pengembangan yang bertanggungjawab terhadap proses rekrutmen guru baru, mulai dari persiapan, penyebaran pengumuman penerimaan guru baru, penerimaan lamaran guru baru, dan selessi pelamar. Faktor pendukung dalam proses rekrutmen guru fasilitas, kerja sama, sumber daya manusia, dan forum komuniasi alumni. Sedangkan. faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya koordinasi dan tanggung jawab. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru di SMK Wijaya Sukodono Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah menerapkan lima program utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru, yaitu: (1) pelatihan dan workshop yang dirancang secara rutin untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru, (2) supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara berkala untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja guru, (3) pemberian motivasi dan penghargaan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja guru, (4) fasilitasi sumber daya pendidikan, seperti penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pembelajaran, dan (5) pembangunan budaya kerja positif yang mendorong kolaborasi dan inovasi di lingkungan sekolah. Implementasi program-program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, efektivitas pembelajaran, dan kualitas lulusan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori manajemen pendidikan, khususnya dalam peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik.
