Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan mempunyai berbagai ruang lingkup yang harus pendidik pahami, salah satunya adalah manajemen sarana-prasarana, manajemen sarana-prasarana merupakan kemampuan untuk mengelola serta mengarahkan sarana-prasarana yang akan diadakan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Sarana-prasarana yang diadakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini mempunyai pengaruh yang begitu penting terhadap perkembangan kreativitas anak. Proses mental yang melahirkan suatu gagasan maupun sesuatu yang baru ataupun mengkombinasikan ke dua hal tersebut yang dilakukan oleh individu disebut kreativitas yang mana proses tersebut melekat pada individu itu sendiri. Pengadaan sarana-prasarana sangat berpengaruh terhadap penstimulasian terhadap perkembangan kreativitas anak. pada riset ini, peneliti menganalisis sarana-prasarana yang diadakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak. dalam riset ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengat pendekatan telaah pustaka. Hasil dari riset ini, dalam melakukan pengadaan sarana-prasarana perencanaan yang cermat merupakan hal yang utama, dan harus diadministrasikan dengan tertib. Sarana-prasarana yang efektif meningkatkan kreatifitas anak salah satunya adalah APE (alat permainan edukatif), APE memiliki dua kategori yakni APET (alat permainan edukatif tradisional) dan APEM (alat permainan edukatif modern).Kata kunci: manajemen, sarana-prasarana, efektifitas, kreativitas, anakEducational management has a lot of scope that educators must understand, one of them is infrastructure management, infrastructure management is the ability to regulate and direct infrastructure that will be held in an educationa institution. Infrastructure that is held in early childhood education very important role in the development of children’s creativity. Creativity is an individual mental process that gives birth to ideas, methods and something new that is different from what ever existed, more effective and efficient in various fields fer solving a problem. Procurement if infrastructure is very influential in stimulating the development of children’s creativity. In this research, the researcher wants to analyze the infrastructure that is held in the learning activities of children, which infrastructure can stimulate the development of children’s creativity. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature review approach. As a result this research, the procurement of infrastructure must go through a careful planning process, and must be administered in an orderly manner. APE (educational play equipment) is one of the infrastructure that is effective in increasing children’s creativity, there are two types of APE, namely APET (tradisional educational play equipment) and APEM (modern educational play equipment).Keywords: management, infrastructure, effectiveness, creativity, children.

Abstract

phenotypic is something that can be observed by the five senses in an individual which includes: physical traits, psychological characteristics, and social trends. Personality or usually referred to as an innate character as in scientific studies Dr. Aisyah Dahlan, there are four personalities, namely: phlegmatic, melancholy, korelis, and sanguinis. These four characters are usually easy to recognize through blood type, which is usually a phlegmatic personality with blood type AB, blood type A melancholy personality, blood type O corrected personality, and blood type B. sanguinis personality. Researchers want to know whether blood type is very influential on personality against students of PIAUD A1 in 2019 at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the results of this study, show that blood type does not significantly influence the personality of students of PIAUD A1 in 2019 at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, but several factors that influence the personality namely the influence of parenting since childhood, the influence of their environment, the influence of social interaction
