Abstract

Sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia untuk memiliki tanah untuk membangun rumah karena merupakan syarat dasar untuk infrastruktur, serta stabilitas dan keamanan bagi penghuni. Tanah juga menawarkan kontrol atas lingkungan sekitar dan merupakan pilihan investasi berisiko rendah. Perusahaan properti sangat penting dalam menyediakan tanah dengan cara yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Namun, akan ada kerugian jika lokasi yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan pasar yang dimaksudkan atau memiliki fasilitas umum yang buruk. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem prediksi pemetaan spot properti ke dalam dua kelompok—prospek dan non-prospek—dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Studi ini berbeda dari studi sebelumnya yang lebih berkonsentrasi pada prediksi harga properti. Penelitian ini menggunakan data iklan, respons, survei, dan penjualan dari staf marketing perusahaan x dari periode (Januari 2023–Maret 2024). Hasil pengujian menggunakan data latih diambil dari periode (Januari 2023– Januari 2024), dan periode sisa Februari 2024 dan Maret 2024 menunjukkan akurasi 95,28% dan 98,11% dengan seleksi fitur, masing-masing.

Abstract

The significant growth of the property industry market in the city of Yogyakarta. has attracted more attention from property companies. This is glanced at by property companies in bridging sales. However, property agency companies often experience losses in plotting advertising budgets. With this problem, the author offers a clustering system for prospective and non-prospective property spots using the K-Means and K-Medoids methods with the Forward Selection feature selection method. This study aims to allocate advertising budgets to targeted projects with great potential. The data used is primary data, namely IRSC data from company x in Yogyakarta with a range (January 2023–March 2024) totaling 212 records. Data processing uses the RapidMiner application with a data composition of 70% used for training data and 30% for testing data. This process produces a DBI value of 1.060 for the K-Medoids method without feature selection and 1.974 for the K-Medoids method using feature selection. The best method produced by the K-Means method using and without feature selection with a DBI value of 0.148.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including public services at the village level. Medan Mas Village, located in Batu Ampar Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, still operates its administrative services manually, particularly in document submission and information dissemination. This condition leads to several issues such as delayed communication, long queues at the village office, and high risk of data loss due to conventional file management systems. This research aims to design a web-based public service information system as a solution to the problems faced by the Medan Mas Village Office. The methodology used in this study includes observation, interviews, system requirements analysis, and system design using modeling tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and database design. The proposed system includes main features such as village news updates, online letter submission, submission status tracking, and employee data management. The results of the design show that the system can provide convenience for residents to access administrative services without the need to visit the village office physically. Additionally, it helps village officials manage data more effectively, efficiently, and in a well-structured manner. Therefore, the system is expected to be an initial step toward digital transformation of village-level public services that are modern, transparent, and accessible.

Abstract

Madrasah Sirajun Jadid is a potential school in Pontianak city that has adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, this school still uses a manual system that is less effective in managing academic data and information. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed that can make it easier for teachers to manage data and information, and make it easier for students to obtain academic information. The design method used is (RAD) Rapid Application Development which is one of the system development strategy methods through the involvement of extensive use in the use of a series of constructions. The results of this study are that the Madrasah Sirajun Jadid website application can run well. The features displayed can help users in inputting data. Based on the results of testing users on the application as a whole, it has received a good response with a percentage reaching 87%, so it can be concluded that this application can be used as a Madrasah Sirajun Jadid website application.
