Abstract

Sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia untuk memiliki tanah untuk membangun rumah karena merupakan syarat dasar untuk infrastruktur, serta stabilitas dan keamanan bagi penghuni. Tanah juga menawarkan kontrol atas lingkungan sekitar dan merupakan pilihan investasi berisiko rendah. Perusahaan properti sangat penting dalam menyediakan tanah dengan cara yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Namun, akan ada kerugian jika lokasi yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan pasar yang dimaksudkan atau memiliki fasilitas umum yang buruk. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem prediksi pemetaan spot properti ke dalam dua kelompok—prospek dan non-prospek—dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Studi ini berbeda dari studi sebelumnya yang lebih berkonsentrasi pada prediksi harga properti. Penelitian ini menggunakan data iklan, respons, survei, dan penjualan dari staf marketing perusahaan x dari periode (Januari 2023–Maret 2024). Hasil pengujian menggunakan data latih diambil dari periode (Januari 2023– Januari 2024), dan periode sisa Februari 2024 dan Maret 2024 menunjukkan akurasi 95,28% dan 98,11% dengan seleksi fitur, masing-masing.

Abstract

The significant growth of the property industry market in the city of Yogyakarta. has attracted more attention from property companies. This is glanced at by property companies in bridging sales. However, property agency companies often experience losses in plotting advertising budgets. With this problem, the author offers a clustering system for prospective and non-prospective property spots using the K-Means and K-Medoids methods with the Forward Selection feature selection method. This study aims to allocate advertising budgets to targeted projects with great potential. The data used is primary data, namely IRSC data from company x in Yogyakarta with a range (January 2023–March 2024) totaling 212 records. Data processing uses the RapidMiner application with a data composition of 70% used for training data and 30% for testing data. This process produces a DBI value of 1.060 for the K-Medoids method without feature selection and 1.974 for the K-Medoids method using feature selection. The best method produced by the K-Means method using and without feature selection with a DBI value of 0.148.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including public services at the village level. Medan Mas Village, located in Batu Ampar Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, still operates its administrative services manually, particularly in document submission and information dissemination. This condition leads to several issues such as delayed communication, long queues at the village office, and high risk of data loss due to conventional file management systems. This research aims to design a web-based public service information system as a solution to the problems faced by the Medan Mas Village Office. The methodology used in this study includes observation, interviews, system requirements analysis, and system design using modeling tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and database design. The proposed system includes main features such as village news updates, online letter submission, submission status tracking, and employee data management. The results of the design show that the system can provide convenience for residents to access administrative services without the need to visit the village office physically. Additionally, it helps village officials manage data more effectively, efficiently, and in a well-structured manner. Therefore, the system is expected to be an initial step toward digital transformation of village-level public services that are modern, transparent, and accessible.

Abstract

Madrasah Sirajun Jadid is a potential school in Pontianak city that has adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, this school still uses a manual system that is less effective in managing academic data and information. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed that can make it easier for teachers to manage data and information, and make it easier for students to obtain academic information. The design method used is (RAD) Rapid Application Development which is one of the system development strategy methods through the involvement of extensive use in the use of a series of constructions. The results of this study are that the Madrasah Sirajun Jadid website application can run well. The features displayed can help users in inputting data. Based on the results of testing users on the application as a whole, it has received a good response with a percentage reaching 87%, so it can be concluded that this application can be used as a Madrasah Sirajun Jadid website application.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang sistem informasi berupa website sekolah untuk dapat digunakan pada MTs Al-Hidayah Parit Kota Baru. Informasi sekolah yang hanya dapat masyarakat dapati melalui media cetak masih kurang cukup menjangkaunya secara luas. Seiring berjalannya perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi penyampaian informasi sekolah dapat disajikan dengan menggunakan website. Mengingat pentingnya penyampaian informasi sekolah bagi masyarakat didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang maka dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat menyajikan informasi sekolah secara akurat dan mudah dipahami masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan kualitatif yaitu wawancara yang mendalam dengan calon pemakai. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan halaman beranda,  halaman profil, halaman kontak, halaman guru halaman informasi dan halaman galeri. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan prototype, prototype merupakan suatu metode dalam pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan pendekatan untuk suatu program dengan cepat dan bertahap dan Prototype juga membuat suatu proses pengembangan sistem informasi menjadi lebih cepat dan lebih mudah. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan website yang bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembuatan website di MTs Al-Hidayah Parit Kota Baru. Abstract The aim of this research is to design an information system in the form of a school website to be used at MTs Al-Hidayah Parit Kota Baru. School information that the public can only find through print media is still not widely accessible enough. As technology and communication progress, the delivery of school information can be presented using websites. Considering the importance of conveying school information to the community, supported by the ever-growing development of information technology, a system is needed that can present school information accurately and easily understood by the public. The research method used is an experimental and qualitative method, namely in-depth interviews with potential users. This system is equipped with a home page, profile page, contact page, teacher page, information page and gallery page. This system was designed using a prototype, a prototype is a method for developing a system that uses an approach to a program quickly and gradually and a prototype also makes the information system development process faster and easier. The results of this research produced a website design that could be used as an alternative for creating a website at MTs Al-Hidayah Parit Kota Baru.

Abstract

Desa Pasir Panjang, Kabupaten Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat seperti banyak desa di Indonesia, kini telah memasuki era digital. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, desa ini telah mengembangkan website resminya untuk meningkatkan akses informasi dan komunikasi bagi masyarakat. Proses pengembangan website Desa Pasir Panjang dilakukan dengan cermat dan bertahap. Dimulai dengan sosialisasi kepada kepala desa, dilanjutkan dengan observasi dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan desa. Tim pengabdi kemudian merancang website, membeli domain dan hosting, serta mengembangkannya menggunakan platform WordPress. Konten website diisi dengan informasi yang relevan dan menarik, seperti sejarah desa, profil perangkat desa, potensi wisata, dan berita terbaru. Website Desa Pasir Panjang kini menjadi sumber informasi yang mudah diakses dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Desa ini telah menunjukkan bahwa dengan tekad dan kerja sama, desa-desa di Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan masyarakatnya.

Abstract

Mathematics is a science obtained by reasoning which uses definitional terms carefully, clearly and accurately. Mathematics is a compulsory subject at every level of education from elementary school. So far, mathematics is a subject that is less popular with students at SDN 14 Sungai Raya school. Some things that cause mathematics lessons to be considered difficult by students are because mathematics lessons use too many formulas. Some students who feel that they are unable to understand what the teacher is saying decrease their interest in learning. Along with technological developments, a simple application in the form of a game is used as a medium for learning fractional mathematics which is created using Construct 3, an HTML5-based 2D Game engine, Construct 3 can be run via the Chrome Browser. The design method used in this research is RAD (Rapid Application Development). One method of system development strategy that prioritizes development speed through broad user involvement in the use of a series of constructions. The results of this research are that the fractional math educational game application can run well. The material presented can help students in learning. Based on tests on students, the application as a whole has received a good response with a percentage of 81%, so it can be concluded that this application can be used as a learning medium at SDN 14 Sungai Raya.
