Abstract

National development is an effort to improve human quality and Indonesian society conducted sustainably. Development the economy originally oriented on industrial industry growth large-scale shifts to more economic development emphasis on democratic economy. one of them through UMKM however lots of small industries that cannot develop wrong one is the rambak crackers industry in Barito Utara because of lack their UMKM ability, so many businesses that go out. With improving the quality of UMKM and the government's role is expected to be to be able to increase entrepreneur's knowledge and skills in terms of technology, facilities and infrastructure, capital and marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees before implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Muara Teweh City Regional Secretariat, how is the employee performance after implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City is there a difference in the performance of the PNS of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Muara Teweh before and after the policy of implementing the SKP-based PNS work performance assessment. This research method using this research is descriptive quantitative research, data obtained from a sample of the study population were analyzed according to statistical methods. The results of data collection are obtained. Given the reference value sig (2-tailed) in the above table display, the t value is 11.375 with sig 0.000 because sig <0.005, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that the average respondent's answer before and after SKP is not the same (different), while H1 was accepted because the results of respondents' answers before and after the SKP were not the same. The research results concluded. There are differences in employee performance before and after the implementation of the SKP-based employee performance appraisal policy at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of higher education graduates to job opportunities in the digital technology era in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive exploratory approach with a literature review method and direct observation of the research object. The literature review method is conducted by searching for research data or information through reading scientific journals, reference books, and published materials available in libraries and on the internet. This study also uses direct participant observation techniques, conducted by researchers on both employed and unemployed college graduates. The results of this study indicate that the relevance of higher education has a positive impact on job opportunities for some graduates who equip themselves with skills during their studies. From this research, it is hoped that the government and higher education institutions can improve the quality of higher education institutions and also the human resources (HR) of their graduates with the skills needed by the workforce to compete globally.
