Abstract

Sexual violence is a crime that threatens the integrity and dignity of individuals, and disrupts public order and security. Based on survey data from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology in 2020, 77% of lecturer respondents stated that cases of sexual violence occurred in universities, but 63% of respondents from the victim side chose not to report their cases to the authorities. In addition, universities are the third location for sexual violence with a percentage of 15%. In response to this, the Ambon State Polytechnic (POLNAM) has formed a task force for the prevention and handling of sexual violence (SATGAS PPKS) as an effort to prevent and handle acts of sexual violence that occur in the POLNAM environment. The PPKS Task Force is tasked with providing assistance, guidance and information related to the prevention and handling of sexual violence within the scope of the POLNAM campus. Based on data and information from the Polnam PPKS Task Force Team, there has never been any reporting of sexual violence committed by students. This is due to the lack of information on the existence of the Polnam PPKS Task Force and also the flow of the reporting process and filling out the complaint data form. This process is carried out manually by visiting the Polnam PPKS Task Force and filling out the complaint form. Although efforts have been made to prevent and handle sexual violence, there are obstacles that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting and handling process. One of the factors that causes minimal reporting is the fear of the confidentiality of victims and reporters when visiting the PPKS Team. So based on this background, a media is needed that acts as a container for Polnam PPKS information which also handles the Internal PPKS reporting process. Electronic complaints are electronic-based systems or platforms that allow the public to submit complaints, suggestions, or aspirations related to public services or the performance of government agencies online. The development of this system uses the Prototype Process Model Software development method. This study aims to implement a prototype of a sexual violence e-complaint system. This system acts as an electronic information media related to PPKS Polnam and the reporting complaint service process related to the work area of SATGAS PPKS at Ambon State Polytechnic. Abstract

Event is a certain agenda, activity or festival that shows, displays and celebrates to commemorate important things that are held at a certain time with the aim of communicating messages to visitors. Ambon City is very thick with culture and art and has been recognized by the world as a world music city. However, people are still unfamiliar with the art movement in Ambon city due to the lack of information about events. Therefore, in this research, a geographic information system application for mapping the location of events in the city of Ambon is made so as to facilitate event visitors in the city of Ambon.

Abstract

Explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) has become a critical requirement in cybersecurity due to the high-stakes nature of security decision-making and the limitations of black-box learning models. This study investigates the construction of an explainable cybersecurity knowledge representation by leveraging standardized terminology from the NIST cybersecurity glossary. The primary problem addressed is the lack of transparent and semantically grounded reasoning mechanisms in existing AI-driven cybersecurity systems, which limits trust, accountability, and analyst adoption. To address this challenge, we propose a NIST-based semantic knowledge graph that embeds explainability directly into its ontology structure and reasoning process. The proposed framework systematically extracts definitional entities and relations from NIST glossary entries to construct a domain ontology and a multi-relational knowledge graph. A rule-based semantic relation extraction method is employed to ensure faithful, interpretable, and reproducible reasoning paths. The resulting knowledge graph contains over 3,000 cybersecurity concepts and approximately 27,000 semantic relations, covering hierarchical, associative, dependency, and mitigation semantics. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed approach achieves a high level of explainability, with 92.4% of reasoning outcomes being fully traceable and only 1.4% classified as non-traceable. Most explainable reasoning paths are limited to two or three hops, indicating an effective balance between inferential depth and human interpretability. Structural analysis further confirms the presence of meaningful hub concepts that support multi-hop semantic inference. These results confirm that ontology-driven, standard-based knowledge graphs provide a robust foundation for explainable cybersecurity intelligence. The study concludes that explainability-by-design, grounded in authoritative standards, offers a viable and trustworthy alternative to opaque AI models for cybersecurity applications.

Abstract

An information system or e-office application is one of the applications developed with the aim of helping office administration management to be more effective and efficient. As one of the UPT (Technical Implementation Units) within the Maluku Provincial Government, the Education Information and Communication Technology Center develops e-office applications as a form of electronic data management. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall Model and was developed using the Laravel Framework and MySQL database. This research was conducted with the aim of implementing an e-office application at the Tekkom Office of the Maluku Province Education Office with guest/visitor book features, incoming mail filing, letter disposition, guest/visitor book reports and incoming mail reports. With this application, office administration management such as guest book data and incoming mail can be managed electronically so that it becomes more effective and efficient.
