Abstract

Problems seen from the results of the Pre-research, there are several factors that influence the ball dribbling skills of the extracurricular soccer participants of State Junior High School 16 Satar Mese with more male students participating with a total of 25 people, the ability and coordination of the eyes and feet, the ability to coordinate the eyes and feet when dribbling the ball in the extracurricular soccer participants of State Junior High School 16 Satar Mese still always look at the ball and have not been able to divert their attention from the direction of the ball. The data collection technique used in this study is the test technique, the test used in this study is a test of dribbling ability, and documentation when conducting research. Research data collection was carried out during extracurricular soccer activities at State Junior High School 16 Satar Mese. Processing can be done based on statistical methods in order to obtain a correct end or conclusion. So as to calculate the percentage of respondents. In the next step, data grouping was carried out based on the ability level category based on 5 criteria, namely: Very good, good, sufficient, less, very less and it can be concluded that eye and foot coordination has a significant role in improving dribbling ability, so that this coordination training method can continue to be developed in extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 16 Satar Mese.

Abstract

To date, there has been no research specifically examining the level of knowledge of class VIII B students at SMP Negeri 7 Satarmese regarding soccer rules. This school also provides Physical Education (PE) lessons with soccer material, so it is important to determine the extent to which students understand the rules of the game. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The descriptive research design was chosen because this study aims to describe the level of knowledge of class VIII B students at SMP Negeri 7 Satarmese regarding the rules and basic techniques of soccer as they are, without providing any treatment or variable manipulation. In terms of soccer rules, the results show that the average score obtained by students was 56.19 with a standard deviation of 9.32. This figure indicates that the level of distribution of scores among students is relatively moderate. In terms of basic soccer techniques, the results show an average score of 56.21 with a standard deviation of 15.88. This value indicates that students' knowledge of basic techniques is still in the sufficient to good category.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terbatas bersama guru PJOK SDI Reworena 2, kami mendapatkan bahwa Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat kerap kali diberikan seminggu 2 kali. Mengingat Senam tersebut merupakan gerakan senam secara terstruktur dan teratur dan juga kurangnya variasi gerakan senam tambahan sehingga peserta didik merasa jenuh. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SDI Reworena 2 pada peserta didik kelas I-VI masing-masing satu rombel atau rombongan belajar dengan total peserta didik sample pengabdian sebagai sasaran kami adalah 50 peserta didik. Peserta didik akan dibagi ke dalam 5 kelompok dan dimana setiap kelompok tersebut sudah ada pelatih atau pemandu pelatihan yakni dosen dan mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi yang ditugaskan. Waktunya dilaksanakan dalam 1 hari kegiatan. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa memberikan perlakukan praktik dan teori secara komprehensif kepada peserta didik karena terdapat beberapa gerakan yang cukup sulit untuk dilakukan oleh peserta didik yaitu pada gerakan ke 4 dan 7. Tidak hanya pada satu kelompok yang ditemukan namun ada terdapat kelompok yang lain yaitu kelompok 1,3,4 dan 5. Pada gambar diatas, Noris sebagai salah satu pemandu dalam kelompok 2 memberikan praktik kepada peserta didik secara hati-hati dan cermat sehingga mudah diikuti. Dalam kelompok tersebut yang sulit diikuti gerakannya secara cepat adalah peserta didik kelas 1 dan kelas II. Sedangkan yang lain masih bisa menyesuaikan secara baik.
