<![CDATA[Trauma merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di seluruh dunia. Neglected fracture dengan atau tanpa dislokasi adalah fraktur dengan atau tanpa dislokasi yang tidak ditangani atau ditangani tidak semestinya, sehingga menghasilkan keadaan keterlambatan penanganan atau kondisi yang lebih buruk, bahkan kecacatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui spektrum penderita neglected fracture di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem pada periode 1 Januari 2012 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2013. Jenis penelitian ini observasional deskriptif. Semua penderita neglected fracture yang dioperasi di ruang OK Bedah Pusat RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penderita neglected fracture di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem sebanyak 26 orang. Dominasi penderita laki-laki, usia produktif, status ekonomi rendah dilihat dari kelas pelayanan II dan III, lokasi fraktur di femur, dan komplikasi malunion serta nonuinon.Trauma is the primary cause of death and disability in the world. Neglected fracture with or without dislocation is a case of fracture which may, or may not be accompanied by dislocation which is not treated or treated poorly that eventually leads to a late management or worse condition, or even a disability. This is an observational descriptive research to determine the spectrum of neglected fracture cases in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem between 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013. All neglected fracture cases operated in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem were included as samples. There were 26 neglected fracture cases in the RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem between 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013, mostly male, in productive age, low-economical status indicated from the service-class of II and III, most cases involve femur with malunion and nonuinon as the most common complication.]]>
