Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance as measured by the board of directors, audit committee, and institutional ownership on company performance with enterprise risk management as an intervening variable. The population is LQ-45 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The hypothesis testing is using path analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results shows the board of directors has a negative effect on the company performance. The audit committees and institutional ownership have no effect on the company performance. Enterprise risk management has a positive effect on the company performance. The board of directors, audit committees, and institutional ownership have a positive effect on the enterprise risk management. This research also shows that enterprise risk management able to mediate the effect of the board of directors, and audit committees on the company performance.

Abstract

Kabupaten Gowa mempunyai 18 Kecamatan dan 167 Desa dimana 121 BUMDes terdaftar SIMBUMDes Sulawesi Selatan akan tetapi terdapat 28 BUMDes yang tidak aktif didalamnya. Dari data ini dikatakan bahwa pendirian BUMDes pada Kabupaten Gowa tidak signifikan. Hal ini membawa satu misi dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa yaitu meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu daerah dan mensejahterakan warganya dengan basis sumber daya yang didukung oleh nilai-nilai budaya. dalam rancangan penelitian memakai jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian memakai objek BUMDes di Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan elemen penting dan instrumen penggerak ekonomi masyarakat desa. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Bontomarannu, BUMDes memiliki peran penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Peran tersebut diwujudkan melalui pemberian modal usaha, pembangunan infrastruktur pariwisata, pengelolaan sampah, dan program Padat Karya Tunai Desa. Meskipun dalam pengelolaan sampah masih belum efektif sebab belum ada pengelolaan lebih lanjut terkait hasil sampah yang telah di kumpulkan yang seharusnya mampu untuk di kelola dan memberikan income yang lebih terhadap pendapatan desa. Namun secara keseluruhan Langkah-langkah yang lain telah membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan. Selain itu, penguatan kelembagaan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia juga dilakukan untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the listening skills of grade V Mangkuyudan elementary school students in the 2020/2021 academic year through learning shows on TVRI. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Primary data were obtained directly from grade V students and teachers at Mangkuyudan elementary school Surakarta, while secondary data was in the form of documents of student work, teacher notes, and official documents in writing at Mangkuyudan elementary school which had a relationship with the focus of the research problem. Sources of data in this study were students of class V which consisted of 28 students as the research sample. The data collection technique was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. The data validity test technique used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis by Miles and Huberman's model, namely interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the students' listening skills are good, as evidenced by the class average score that has met the minimum completeness criteria. With the details that the value on numeration, namely mathematics, is lower than the value of other subject matter. The implication of this research is to increase the creativity of teachers to determine variations in methods, strategies, and effective media in online learning during the pandemic
