Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dimasa covid-19 masih begitu cepat. Teknologi banyak dimanfaatkan oleh perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta. Salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta kota Pagar Alam yang memanfaatkan teknologi yitu Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam. Masalah yang dihadapi pada dosen Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagaralam (STTP) adalah Dosen masih sering mengabaikan hal yang menunjang tugasnya selain mengajar dikelas dan sebagian dosen masih belum terlalu memahami prosedur pelaksanaan yang disediakan seperti aplikasi Simlitabmas. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih dan mendampingi dosen menggunakan aplikasi Simlitabmas. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanan pengabdian yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ilmu yang dapat menggunakan aplikasi simlitabmas. Sehingga dosen STTP kedepannya dengan menfaatkan aplikasi simlitabmas dapan menunjang kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek tindak tutur, praanggapan, dan implikatur percakapan yang terdapat pada Ludruk Madura Rukun Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan pragmatis, artinya data dianalisis dengan menguraikan makna pragmatis dalam satuan kebahasaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik dasar; teknik pilah unsur penentu dan teknik lanjutan; teknik simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC).Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Tindak tutur yang terdapat dalam ludruk adalah proses penciptaan humor para aktor diwajibkan untuk spontan dalam memberikan penampilan yang lucu, sehingga para penonton merasa terhibur saat ada hal yang tidak lazim di dengar. (2) Praanggapan yang terdapat dalam ludruk adalah mengira-ngira maksud yang ingin disampaikan oleh para aktor lawakan tersebut, karena dalam setiap pementasan para aktor lawakan akan memberikan kritikan dan nasehat secara tidak langsung. (3) Implikatur percakapan yang terdapat dalam ludruk adalah bagaimana reaksi penonton saat mendengar kata-kata yang tidak lazim atau nyeleneh yang terselip dalam setiap percakapan yang dilakukan antar para aktor. Respon penonton biasanya akan tertawa saat mendengarkan percakapan tersebut. Aspek verbal tersebut didukung oleh aspek nonverbal yang semakin membuat penonton ingin tertawa

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-government is a long program planned by the Indonesian Government to be contained in Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development, this is intended to realize or implement a bureaucracy that is reliable, professional, productive in excellent service to the community the purpose of implementing good governance, it must also be carried out by local governments such as the City of Pagar Alam, to achieve this desire management systems and work processes must be developed or utilized using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities as needed, in this case Information Technology is the foundation the main support is that later all information systems will be able to provide services for the needs, for this expectation needs to be made good infrastructure planning, in this study used the TOGAF framework (The open group architecture framework) as a framework that there is a reference to the design of the information technology infrastructure of the Pagar Alam City Government, the results are: (a). 28 candidates were proposed to be developed, (b). It was concluded that the connection to each SKPD must be connected to fiber optic fiber using Metro-LAN or Metro-MAN, (c). Obtained the latest concepts and online community service systems, (d). From the analysis, it is known that the application and technology gaps must be repaired or replaced, which ones need to be maintained or integrated using the appropriate system.
