Abstract

One of the management and quality of public health center services can be seen from the medical record file storage system in the Medical Record Unit. Based on observations at the UPTD Puskesmas I South Denpasar, it shows that there are still missfiles medical record files when they are taken and taken by medical record officers because medical records are not used to using a tracker, which has been in implementation since a month ago. Tracer is a tool as a medical record file that comes out. This study aims to see the evaluation of the evaluation of the Tracer Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the filing section of the UPTD Puskesmas I, South Denpasar. This type of research is an observational study with a descriptive design that describes the phenomena found. The subjects in this study were three medical record officers, one graduate of Bachelor of Nursing and two high school graduates. The object of this research is the SOP tracer in the filing section. The results showed that 30% of the officers had not performed according to the SOP to use already in the UPTD Puskesmas I South Denpasar.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi, pelayanan prima merupakan elemen utama di rumah sakit dan unit kesehatan. Rumah sakit dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang memenuhi standar pelayanan yang optimal.  Rumah sakit adalah bentuk organisasi pelayanan kesehatan yang bersifat komprehensif, mencakup aspek promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif, Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa yang dalam melakukan aktivitasnya, tidak boleh lepas dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengetahuan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Rekam Medis Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 958 responden, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang didapat sesuai dengan perhitungan rumus yaitu 91 sampel, Uji statistic dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Fisher Exact Test yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji Chi Square test (chi kuadrat) dengan taraf signifikasi (α) yang digunakan 10%, Dimana dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan pengetahuan dan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di masa pandemi Covid-19 di RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung.   In the era of globalization, excellent service is a major element in hospitals and health units. Hospitals are required to provide health services that meet optimal service standards. Hospital is a form of health service organization that is comprehensive in nature, covering promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative aspects. Hospital is one of the services which in carrying out its activities, cannot be separated from the development of science and technology. To find out the Knowledge and Quality of Medical Record Services on the Satisfaction Level of Outpatients during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Klungkung District Hospital. The method used in this research is analytic observational with a quantitative approach, the population in this study was 958 respondents, the sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling by means of accidental sampling. The number of samples obtained was in accordance with the calculation formula, namely 91 samples, the statistical test in this study used the Fisher Exact Test which was previously carried out by the Chi Square test (chi squared) with a significance level (α) used 10%, which can be concluded that Ho rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and quality of medical record services on the level of outpatient satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Klungkung District Hospital.
