Abstract

This research aims to examine the perspective of Islamic law regarding interfaith marriage. The method used is qualitative, with a comparative approach. In the study of Islamic law, interfaith marriages are classified into three categories: marriages between Muslim men and polytheistic women; Muslim man's marriage to ahlulkitab woman; and the marriage of Muslim women to non-Muslim men. Regulatively, interfaith marriages in Indonesia do not have legal force, because Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law as positive law has prohibited interfaith marriages. Therefore, the Office of Religious Affairs and the Civil Registry will not carry out administrative records of interfaith marriages.

Abstract   The potential of Ellak Laok Village in the agricultural aspect, especially Pineapple fiber, has its own potential. This is because the materials used for this craft are very easy to obtain, farmers can harvest the pineapple fiber material on every roadside in Ellak Laok village. The abundance of pineapple fiber plants in Ellak Laok village is one of the reasons for this Community Service objective. The only craft product produced by pineapple fiber craftsmen in Ellak Laok village is tie rope or slap rope. The problems faced by pineapple fiber farmers in Ellak Laok village are limited tools and lack of knowledge and skills in processing pineapple fiber. Another problem faced is that the amount of pineapple fiber is abundant, while market demand is low, so the pineapple fiber will not sell, as a result the pineapple fiber becomes damaged or torn and if it is damaged it cannot be reprocessed. This will cause losses for farmers. So, pineapple fiber farmers need to get attention to change their mindset to not only be able to farm, but also be able to process agricultural products. The method implemented in this community service lecture is to provide guidance and training from production aspects and business management aspects. The results of this Community Service are providing training on processing pineapple fiber into bags and other creative products that can improve the community's economy.   Keywords: community engagement; farmers; fashion; micro-economics empowerment; nature; villages   Abstrak Potensi Desa Ellak Laok dalam aspek pertanian khususnya serat nanas menjadi potensi tersendiri. Abstract

Abandoned children remain a crucial social issue in Indonesia, including in the city of Banda Aceh. The high prevalence of abandoned children is generally triggered by complex factors, such as the death of parents, high divorce rates, structural poverty, and limited access to education. Based on 2024 data, there are approximately 53 abandoned children in Banda Aceh requiring specialized intervention. In response to this issue, this study aims to examine in depth how the Banda Aceh City Government interprets the mandate of Article 34, Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the constitutional foundation for handling abandoned children, and how this interpretation is manifested through policy formulation and operational measures in the field. This research employs a juridical-empirical method with a case study design. Data analysis was conducted through a review of positive legal norms and observations of social service practices by the Social Services Department (Dinas Sosial). The results indicate that the local government interprets the constitutional provision as an absolute state obligation to provide care, protection, and the fulfillment of basic needs for abandoned children. Operationally, this implementation is realized through a series of systematic stages: starting from proactive outreach mechanisms, rapid assessments to identify conditions, and temporary guidance at the Lamjabat Halfway House (Rumah Singgah Lamjabat), to intensive inter-agency coordination aimed at family reunification and child repatriation. This case study demonstrates that the constitutional mandate has been effectively implemented in Banda Aceh. However, field execution still faces several challenges, particularly regarding human resource constraints, minimal budget allocation, and a lack of supporting infrastructure. Consequently, strengthened synergistic collaboration across sectors is essential to ensure that the state's fundamental responsibility for the protection of abandoned children is fulfilled optimally.

Abstract

Abstract

The escalation of global sustainability issues compels organizations to transform the human resource function into a driver of green strategy. This study aims to analyze the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a determinant of environmental performance and firm performance. Using a systematic narrative review of internationally reputable literature (Scopus), this study synthesizes findings based on the Ability Motivation Opportunity (AMO) framework and the Resource-Based View (RBV). The results indicate that the bundle of GHRM practices encompassing green recruitment, training, and performance management significantly enhances employees’ pro environmental behavior and operational efficiency. These mechanisms are strengthened by green organizational culture and ethical leadership as moderating variables. Although the relationship between GHRM and financial performance is indirect and often mediated by green innovation, these practices are shown to build long-term competitive advantage through enhanced organizational reputation and legitimacy. In conclusion, integrating environmental values into HR systems is critical for developing a sustainable business ecosystem. Practical implications for managers include the need to design reward systems aligned with environmental performance.

Abstract

The transformation of human resource management (HRM) has undergone a fundamental shift toward algorithmic management (AM) driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. This study aims to analyze the impact of AM implementation on employee autonomy, perceptions of organizational justice, and productivity, particularly within the context of digital transformation in developing countries such as Indonesia. Using a narrative review approach, this study systematically synthesizes literature published over the last decade from the Scopus, Web of Science, and PsycINFO databases concerning algorithmic control in both platform-based and conventional organizations. The findings reveal the emergence of a “productivity–well-being paradox,” in which increased operational efficiency is frequently accompanied by a decline in employee autonomy, reflected in the shift from discretionary decision-making toward algorithmic conformity. Furthermore, the opacity of black-box algorithms was found to reduce perceptions of procedural justice and weaken employee trust in organizational decision-making processes. The study concludes that effective implementation of AM requires the integration of principles from Self-Determination Theory and Organizational Justice Theory through transparent, accountable, and human-centered governance mechanisms. Such an approach is essential to mitigate negative psychosocial consequences, including technostress and burnout, while maintaining organizational productivity and employee well-being.

Abstract

n(DEI) in human resource management becomes innovative work behavior (Innovative Work Behavior/IWB) through strengthening psychological resources. Using a systematic narrative review approach to literature from the Scopus and Web of Science databases (2016-2026), the analysis results show that cognitive diversity alone is not enough to trigger innovation without strong mechanisms for inclusion and organizational justice. The main findings reveal that DEI serves as a crucial antecedent to the formation ofPsychological Capital(PsyCap), which includes dimensionsHope, Efficacy, Resilience, And Optimism(HERO). Mature DEI integration creates a climate of psychological safety that mediates the relationship between diversity and IWB, enabling individuals to take creative risks without fear of social sanctions. This study concludes that transforming DEI from mere symbolic compliance to strategic capability requires alignment between organizational policies and inclusive leadership. The practical implication for organizations is the need to design an HRM ecosystem that supports systemic diversity integration to maintain competitive advantage in the VUCA era.
