AbstrakAnalek merupakan sebuah buku berisi tentang percakapan antara Konfusius selama masa hidupnya dengan murid-muridnya. Buku ini merupakan salah satu karya yang cukup penting bagi orang-orang yang mempelajari ajaran Konfusianisme. Di dalamnya tidak hanya terdapat ajaran-ajaran moral tentang hubungan antar manusia tetapi juga terkandung ajaran-ajaran yang berkaitan dengan bidang pendidikan, politik, tata negara, dll.Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membahas isi dari ajaran dalam buku Analek yang ada kaitannya dengan pendidikan, khususnya cara pengajaran yang dibahas di dalamnya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Analek sebagai bahan acuannya ditunjang dengan menggunakan literatur-literatur lainnya yang ada kaitannya dengan pengajaran dalam Kofusianisme. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan referensi tambahan yang bermanfaat bagi dunia pendidikan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dan referensi bagi penelitian yang sejenis.Kata Kunci: Analek, Konfusianisme, pengajaran, perguruan tinggi

《六德》is one of the moral teachings in Confucianism contained in the Guodian bamboo slip, discuss about the relationship between humans which aims to shape the relationship between humans to be better and more harmonious.This research try to describe the content of the teachings of 《六德》in Gudian bamboo slips so that we can find out the meaning to be conveyed from these teachings.This research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses 《六德》as the main reference and is supported by other literature sources that are related to Confucian teachings.Hopefully that the results of this study can provide useful information for those studying Confucianism and a reference for similar research.

The Chinese are a minority in Indonesia, but there are still a lot of Chinese cultures that are still used in various Chinese culture celebrations, for example in weddings. Chinese marriage has a lot of step by step processions, one of which is the culture of eating “ronde”. The purpose of this research is to study about the culture of eating “ronde” in Chinese marriage in Solo City. This research will discuss about the meaning and purpose of this tradition, because at this time few Chinese couple know the tradition of eating “ronde” at their weddings. This journal uses qualitative research methods and using interview to collect data. The tradition of eating “ronde” is believed to strengthen the relationship between both family. This concept is symbolized by ronde’s round and sticky surface that’s believed to strengthen family’s relationship, but people’s understanding of this culture still varies from one person to another. This is caused by cultural shift that happens in our society, so that tradition of eating “ronde” began to disappear in Chinese culture. Hopefully the results of this research can be used as a medium to introduce Chinese culture and references for similar research.Keywords - Chinese ethnic, Marriage, Ronde, Solo City.

The film Mulan by Niki Caro tells the story of the struggle of a girl named Hua Mulan who disguises herself as a man to replace her sick father by joining the military service to protect the country from attacks by the Rouran Nation based on a decree issued by the Chinese empire. This study aims to get a description of how the moral values contained in the main character Mulan are reflected in every action she takes. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative because this research describes, explains and analyzes the data to answer each existing problem formulation. The data collection technique in this research was by watching the film Mulan, paying attention and recording every dialogue/sentence related to moral values. The writer then analyzes the research data based on the theory of moral values which mentioned by Suseno (1987).The results of the study show that the character Mulan reflects moral values consisting of honesty, being yourself, being responsible, moral independence, moral courage, humility and criticality. As the main character, Mulan already reflects moral values that can be the basis and guide for human life in life.

Movies nowadays not only serve as entertainment but also function as a means of communication to convey messages and life values to the audience. One film that has a special value, particularly moral value, is the movie Our Times《我的少女时代》. The purpose of this study is to determine the moral values of the main characters in the film Our Times《我的少女时代》. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Every monologue and dialogue related to moral values are observed, noted, and recorded as the data collection method. After the data is collected, the author analyzes it using James Rachels' moral value theory, which includes courage, compassion, honesty, and loyalty. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the moral values in the film Our Times《我的少女时代》, using James Rachels' moral value theory, show alignment with the data found. The moral value of loyalty is the most dominant value in the film Our Times《我的少女时代》. The main characters, Lin Zhenxin and Xu Taiyu exhibit the most moral values.

The position of women in the structure of ancient Chinese society is very interestingto discuss, this is because traditions in China prioritized the position of men in allaspects of life in Chinese society at that time. This research uses Mulan movie as aresearch object to explain the position of women in ancient Chinese society. Thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive study that uses Mulan movie as referencematerial and is supported by other references related to the topic of this research.From the research results, it was found that the position of women in the life ofancient Chinese society was quite low, this was because there were many thingsthat cornered women at that time, and also the discrimination they experiencedwhere men were given priority over women. It is hoped that this research can provideadditional references for those who wish to study Chinese culture and history,especially the position of women in ancient Chinese society.

The development of the era from time to time has a significant impact on the world economic sector. This is also experienced by Indonesia and China. In recent decades, the two countries have established harmonious diplomatic relations, one of which is international cooperation in the economic sector. The results of this cooperation have caused many foreign workers from China to come to Indonesia. Due to cultural differences, this often creates challenges in understanding and adapting, therefore culture shock always accompanies workers from China, causing communication barriers that lead to misunderstandings. The purpose of this study is to identify and find solutions to culture shock that occurs in Chinese workers. This study is a qualitative study with a focus on an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of the problems that occur, discussing existing problems in more depth. From the results of the study, it was found that to overcome culture shock, foreign workers from China and Indonesia must learn to understand and adapt to each other, in this case Mandarin has an important role not only in bridging the process of cultural adaptation between foreign workers from China and local Indonesian workers but also as a means of understanding values and norms, overcoming differences in cultural backgrounds and strengthening relations between the two parties.Keywords – China, Culture, Culture Shock, Indonesia.

The object of this research is Nia Dinata’s film, Ca Bau Kan, which was adapted from Remy Sylado’s novel. The research focuses on the representation of Chinese-Indonesians which pertains to the context of the maritime spice trade route and the concept of nationalism. Set in Batavia in three different decades, namely the 1930s, 1940s, and 1960s, the film depicts the journey of a Chinese-Indonesian character from the Dutch colonial era and the Japanese colonial era to the era of the independence revolution. The research method used is a qualitative method through the theory of film studies, which is juxtaposed with the historical approach to see how Chinese-Indonesians are represented in the film. The findings show that the film attempts to represent the Chinese-Indonesians accurately, albeit with the continuous presence of inaccurate stereotypes. The findings show Chinese-Indonesians’ economic contribution that reflects the history of the spice trade maritime route in Indonesia.

Adaptation from novel to film has become one of the most striking trends in the entertainment industry, so that many films can be found that are sourced from novels, one of which is the film Lust, Caution. This study discusses the ecranization of the novel and film Lust, Caution by Eileen Chang and directed by Ang Lee which aims to analyze the differences in the storyline, characters, and time and place settings contained in the novel and film Lust, Caution such as the possibility of shrinking, adding and varying changes that occur. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method. The data collection techniques used are the observation and note-taking techniques and literature studies. The data sources used are the English version of the novel Lust, Caution by Eileen Chang and the film Lust, Caution directed by Ang Lee. The results of the study show that the ecranization process occurs because of differences in imagination between the novelist and the director, as well as the adjustment of the two work mediums from words to moving images. Even so, this ecranization process does not change the outline of the story. The ecranization in this film also shows changes between the content of the novel and the content of the film, this was done to provide a new interpretation of the original work.Keywords – Ecranzation, Film, Lust Caution, Novel.
