Abstract

Jual beli dalam istilah fiqh disebut dengan al-bay‘ yang berarti menjual, mengganti dan menukar sesuatu dengan sesuatu yang lain.[1] Sedangkan dalam bahasa Arab jual beli disebut al-bay‘ yang berarti menukar (pertukaran). Kata jual (al-bay‘) dalam bahasa Arab terkadang digunakan untuk pengertian lawannya yaitu beli (asy-syira’) dengan demikian al-bay‘ berarti menjual dan sekaligus beli.[2] Dari pengertian di atas, yang menjadi objek perbincangan al-bay‘ adalah mekanisme, sebab hal itulah yang dapat menentukan status sah tidaknya jual beli. Selama mekanisme yang terjadi masih sesuai dengan syara’ atau hukum yang berlaku, maka jual beli menjadi legal menurut kaca mata hukum. Tetapi bila mekanisme jual beli yang terjadi tidak lagi sesuai dengan syara’ atau hukum yang berlaku, maka status bisa berubah dari legal menjadi illegal Seperti halnya praktek jual beli ikan didalam tambak, mekanismenya bermula dengan penjual mencari calon pembeli untuk menawarkan barang (ikan) setelah penjual menemukan calon pembeli penjual menawarkan barang (ikan) tersebut kepada pembeli dengan harga pembuka dan kemungkinan masih bisa terjadi nego di keduabelah pihak. Transaksi jual beli ikan didalam tambak ini oleh keduabelah pihak dilakukan di darat. Metode yang di pakai penjual dalam menawarkan daganganya (ikan) kepada pembeli hanya dengan memperlihatkan tambak penjual (ikan) yang diperjual belikan kepada pembeli. Setelah transaksi disepakati dengan harga tertentu, secara otomatis status ikan didalam tambak milik pembeli terhitung sejak terjadi kesepakatan itu. Untuk pengambilan barang (ikan) sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pembeli, penjual tidak lagi ikut andil mengenai pengambilan barang. Sewaktu-waktu pembeli bisa bergegas menuju tambak untuk mengambil barang (ikan) yang dibelinya sesuai dengan letak titik koordinat yang diberikan penjual kepada pembeli. Abstract

Physical Education is a subject that aims to improve students' physical fitness through various physical activities. One of the important materials in learning Physical Education is physical fitness. However, many students are less interested and feel less motivated in following the material. One effort to overcome this is to implement game-based learning. Game-based learning not only makes students more interested and actively involved, but can also improve physical fitness effectively. This article aims to explain efforts that can be made to improve physical fitness learning through a game-based learning approach for class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. Game-based learning can create a fun and challenging atmosphere, as well as improve students' teamwork and social skills. By adapting games that are relevant to the objectives of learning physical fitness, students can benefit both physically and socially. Constructive evaluation and feedback are also very important to support student development. It is hoped that with this approach, physical education learning can be more effective and enjoyable.

Abstract

Researchers also believe that Live Streaming-Interaction on TikTok can increase purchasing decisions because more and more people know about brand types, brand quality, brand suitability, brand identity, and so on. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Live-Streamer Interaction on Purchasing Decisions. Different from previous research, this research adds the Brand Love variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research was obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 350 TikTok shop sellers and buyers on certain dates. These data can be called primary data. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Live-Streaming Interaction variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Otherwise, the Brand Love variable can moderate the influence of the Live-Streamer Interaction variable on the Purchase Decision variable because the P-Values results show a positive direction and are below 0.05. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven and accepted.
