Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with family planning acceptors' reluctance to use IUD contraception. The type of research used is cross sectional research. The sample in this study was 99 respondents. The results of the research obtained that the age value with reluctance to use IUD family planning P Value = 0.17 with a value of ɑ=0.05, parity with a value of P Value = 0.065 with a value of ɑ=0.05, education value P Value = 0.958 with a value of ɑ= 0.05, knowledge value P Value = 0.975 with a value of ɑ=0.05, so Ho is accepted meaning there is no relationship between age, parity, education and knowledge and reluctance to use IUD family planning. Based on the data obtained from the research results, it was found that all of the four variables of age, parity, education and knowledge studied had no relationship to the reluctance to use IUD contraception. Through this research, it is hoped that family planning acceptors will increase their knowledge, especially about IUD contraception, and be more careful and precise in choosing a family planning contraceptive method that is tailored to the acceptor's condition and understand how to use it, the benefits and side effects in increasing a happy and prosperous family

Abstract

Cases of STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and HIV / AIDS are quite common among adolescents. Various types of STIs and HIV / AIDS are very influential on a person's health level in general and reproductive health conditions in particular because in general, various STI and HIV / AIDS infections are directly related to the human reproductive system. Even HIV / AIDS can have an impact on death. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to knowledge of HIV / AIDS in adolescents. This research is an analytical survey research in which the research will be conducted is a research using cross sectional research method (cross-cutting) because in this study the independent and dependent variables will be observed at the same time. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang in 2019, namely Not Good as many as 54 respondents (58.7%) and Good as many as 38 respondents (41.3%). The distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS based on gender was 46 respondents (50%) and 46 respondents (50%), based on The role of parents were 60 respondents (65.2%) and 32 respondents (34.8%) had a role. %), based on the Attitude of students who have negative Attitude as many as 45 respondents (48.9%) and positive ones as many as 47 respondents (51.1%), based on the environment where there are as many as 24 respondents (26.1%) and those who support 68 respondents (73.9%), based on Information Technology, there were 31 respondents (33.7%) and 61 respondents (66.3%) made use of it.

Abstract

This research aims to provide education on the behavior of young women regarding the risks of early pregnancy at Muhammadiyah High School, Serang City in 2023. The type of research that will be used is analytical, quantitative, descriptive research. The population used is the sample size. In this study, the sample size was determined by total sampling. Researchers used a sample of 120 people. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and understanding the risk of pregnancy at a young age. There is a significant relationship between family communication patterns and understanding the risks of pregnancy at a young age. There is a significant relationship between parental education and understanding the risks of pregnancy at a young age. There is a significant relationship between family form and understanding the risk of pregnancy at a young age. Parental parenting styles have the greatest influence on young women in understanding the risk of pregnancy at a young age, namely with an F value of 143.431. Family form has the smallest influence (F = 4.150) for young women in understanding the risk of pregnancy at a young age.
