Abstract

Pondok Pesantren sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan nonformal mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik/santri yaitu dengan memberikan program pendidikan keterampilan. Sehingga santri diharapkan akan mampu memecahkan problem kehidupan yang dihadapinya dikemudian hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan program pendidikan keterampilan di pondok pesantren dapat dilakukan melalui: (1) Dikembangkan dalam program akademik pondok pesantren, (2) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk ekstrakurikuler pondok pesantren, (3) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk komunitas, (4) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk pembiasaan, dan (5) Dikembangkan dalam bentuk seminar dan pelatihan. Adapun program keterampilan yang dapat dikembangkan di pondok pesantren yaitu: (1) keterampilan diri, (2) keterampilan akademik, (3) keterampilan sosial, dan (4) keterampilan vokasional. Dengan upaya-upaya tersebut, pondok pesantren diharapkan bisa mengembangkan dan mempersiapkan keterampilan santri untuk melanjutkan hidup setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as one of the non-formal educational institutions has a very important role in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. One of the efforts to improve the quality of students / santri is by providing skills education programs. So that santri are expected to solve their life problems in the future. The results showed the development of skills education programs in Islamic boarding schools can be implemented in by: (1) developed by Islamic boarding school academic programe, (2) developed by Islamic boarding school extracurricular activities, (3) developed by a community, (4) developed by habituation, and (5) developed by seminars and training. The skills program that can be developed in Islamic boarding schools are: (1) personal skills, (2) academic skills, (3) social skills, and (4) vocational skills. With these efforts, the boarding school is expected to develop and prepare the skills of santri to continue their life after leaving the boarding school.Key Words: development, skills education, Islamic boarding school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) perencanaan strategi visi dan misi di MTs Ma’arif NU 07 Selakambang, (2) strategi yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan dalam mewujudkan ketercapaian visi dan misi di MTs Ma’arif NU 07 Selakambang Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) perencanaan strategi dalam mewujudkan ketercapaian visi dan misi di MTs Ma’arif NU 07 Selakambang dilakukan melalui EDM (Evaluasi Diri Madrasah), dalam merumuskan visi dan misi dilakukan secara bersama-sama dengan mengacu pada pedoman pembuatan visi dan misi dari PC Ma’arif NU Purbalingga. Dalam merealisasikan visi dan misi dengan melakukan sosialisasi, dan menempel poster visi misi di lingkungan sekolah, (2) strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan ketercapaian visi dan misi yaitu dengan melakukan fungsi administrasi dan fungsi supervisi. Strategi dari waka kurikulum yaitu membagi tugas guru sesuai dengan pendidikannya, membuat kegiatan siswa, menentukan guru sebagai wali kelas dan guru piket dan menyusun jadwal pelajaran. Strategi dari waka kesiswaan yaitu, membuat program kegiatan siswa, memaksimalkan potensi semua warga sekolah dalam melaksanakan program kegiatan, memaksimalkan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tertentu, mengurus siswa yang melanggar tata tertib. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala bidang TU yaitu dengan menjalankan kegiatan administrasi secara maksimal.

Abstract

Cooperative network management is an effort to establish relationships with various parties, both private institutions and government agencies in order to remain able to survive in the emerging world of education competition in the future and improve the quality and quantity of education quality in public. In this case the cooperation network built by MA Ma'arif MinhajutTholabah Kembangan in the form of Dakwah Field Practice program, where the program is intended as a school strategy to survive in the competition of education world. While to launch a program can not run only one organization or institution but also required various parties for the goals and ideals of a program can run smoothly in accordance with what is expected. Based on these problems then there are problems that become the principal in this research is how the process of network management cooperation and what efforts are done in improving network cooperation in MA Ma'arif Minhajut-Tholabah Kembangan. The result of this research shows that the management of cooperation network in MA Ma'arif Minhajut-Tholabah Kembangan Bukateja Sub-district Purbalingga District aims to improve the quality and quantity of schools with the cooperation network as a recognition strategy or show its existence to the general public. In the implementation through the stages of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision as well as strategies to improve the network of cooperation which is all a process of application in the field Dakwah Practice Program.Keywords: Network Management Cooperation
