Abstract

Among those who contributed a major role in the transmission off the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him were the female tabi‘in. This study wants to explain what aspects of narration are contained in the history of Hafshah binti Sirin as a tabi‘in women who who are known as one of Islamic Law Scholars. The method used is the library research method, which collects all the narrations from her and then categorizes the subject according to the aspect of the theme of the hadith. The approach used is the hadith theme approach which departs from the fiqh al-Hadith. Thus, there are 36 Hadiths which are divided into 5 aspects of narration, namely aspect of faith as many as 2 Hadith; aspect of law as many as 14 Hadith; aspect of ethic as many as 8 Hadith; aspect of virtues of deeds as many as 10 Hadith; and aspect of companions and tabi‘in’s athar as many as 2 Hadith. In addition, based on takhrij and the description of the sanad tree, it was found that there were many marfu Hadiths. Meanwhile, there are also some hadith mauquf and maqthu.

Abstract

Perceraian dalam Hadits masyhur merupakan perkara yang dibenci oleh Allah. Namun, Rasulullah pernah juga melakukan perceraian. Kajian ini bertujuan menelusuri sirah faktor penyebab perceraian dalam rumah tangga dengan pendekatan Hadits sehingga dapat dibuktikan apakah memang benar perceraian dibenci Allah? Lalu bagaimana Hadits sirah perceraian ini dapat diambil pelajaran agar perceraian dapat dicegah? Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode kepustakaan dan studi Hadits tematik faktor penyebab perceraian. Kajian ini juga menggunakan metode analisis berdasarkan fiqhul Hadits dan mafhum mukhalafah untuk menganalisis pencegah perceraian yang mungkin. Hasilnya, faktor perceraian di zaman Nabi itu ada yang lazim, dan ada juga yang tak lazim atau wajib dilakukan. Adapun faktor penyebab perceraian yang lazim itu disebabkan keinginan suami, istri, mertua, orang tua, tuan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Perceraian seperti ini lah yang ada kemungkinan untuk dibenci oleh Allah. Sedangkan faktor penyebab perceraian yang tidak lazim antara lain adalah karena suami meninggal (cerai mati), pindah agama, menikahi dua saudari kandung, menikahi mahram dan menikah lebih dari empat. Perceraian yang seperti ini tidak dimurkai Allah karena memang sudah seharusnya terjadi. Berdasarkan penelitian di atas dapat dianalisis yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah perceraian, meliputi: memilih pasangan yang sekufu, mengupayakan rasa saling mencintai antar pasangan, menjaga hubungan baik dengan orang tua dan mertua, menutup pintu-pintu fitnah dan perselingkuhan, berlemah lembut kepada pasangan, menjaga tutur kata agar tidak mengarah kepada perpisahan, dan mendahulukan memerdekakan budak laki-laki daripada budak perempuan apabila keduanya suami istri. Semoga dengan adanya kajian ini dapat mendukung pembinaan keluarga yang harmonis dan jauh dari perceraian.

Abstract

The application of the organizing Hadith in Islamic educational management is axiomatic and interesting to be studied because currently there are many Islamic educational institutions. This study explains how Hadith practices are integrated in Islamic educational institutions, especially in Central Aceh. This study aims to find out the life of the organizing Hadith which is the basis for Islamic education management. This study uses a field study method to collect information about the practice of organizing Hadith in society, namely the living Hadith study approach. After research, it was discovered that of the 9 educational institutions in Central Aceh, all of them had implemented organizing hadiths which include: Haditsh of choosing trustworthy leader; Hadith of obeying the leader; Hadith of choosing pious subordinates; Hadith of responsibility; Hadith of selecting capable subordinates; and Hadith of coordination. However, there are also subordinates who occasionally lack discipline in implementing Hadith so that they must be given sanctions because the rules must still be enforced to achieve the goals of Islamic education management. The hope is that through the implementation of this organizing Hadith, Islamic educational institutions will increasingly become a forum for advancing the community both in terms of management of facilities and the quality of human resources.
