Abstract

Coffee commodities are agricultural commodities that have highexport value. Indonesia ranks fourth as the most significant coffee exportingcountry in the world. The main problem that occurs is the availability ofabundant crops, not balanced by proper postharvest processing andmarketing and the absence of farmers partnership with the coffeeprocessing industry. This study focuses on the determination of coffeeagroindustry products using the AHP method and the institutionaldetermination of coffee agroindustry using the exponential comparisonmethod. SPK development will use super decision software. The final resultof this study is the calculation of product determination obtained that instantcoffee has the highest weight of 0.3739, while the institution of coffeeagroindustry shows that establishing cooperation with Hulu - Hilir Industryhas the highest weight, namely 389,637

Abstract

Which is IPv4 only 32 bits (4 bytes) there is a weakness in the configuration is manually implemented or by Dinamyc Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). DHCP is use for allocation convenience of IP (Internet Protocol) addresses in a network dynamically. The addresses total can be achieve 4.294.967.296 addresses. Even though the total address reaches 4 billion, the real it is not up to 4 billion addresses, because there are some limitations or restrictions that make the addressing few, so as the implementation only achieve a few hundred million. In this research, IPv6 as a new standard is capable to interconnect with IPv4 because IPv6 is not compatible in IPv4. For that need a certain mechanism let IPv6 can interconnect with IPv4. The methodology used by using a transition mechanism from IPv4 to IPv6 such as Dual IP Stack, Tunneling, and Protocol Translation. The results of research will tunneling caption IPv6 over IPv4 make IPv6 package with IPv4 package in the encapsulation process, so that IPv6 package treated as IPv4 package others. Then easily the IPv6 package can be sent through IPv4 network using a tunnel broker.

Abstract

Penilaian calon pemimpin yang didasarkan pada kriteria pribadi bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh calon pemimpin yang baik serta dapat menentukan akurasi pusat cluster pada pengelompokan voting dari calon pemimpin yang berdasarkan kriteria pemimpin, dengan mengacu pada lima indikator kriteri pemimpin, yang kemudian di clusterkan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu ideal, mendekati ideal dan tidak ideal. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan di penelitian ini yaitu metode Fuzzy C-Means Clustering, dengan mengumpulkan data voting dalam seleksi pemimpin berdasarkan kriteria pribadi. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa kategori ideal dengan nilai rentang antara 1,9 sampai 3 berada pada cluster 2, sedangkan kategori mendekati ideal dengan nilai rentang antara 1,3 sampai 1,8 berada pada cluster 1, dan kategori tidak ideal dengan nilai rentang antara 0 sampai 1,2 berada pada cluster 3. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini, dimana penetapan nilai yang diperoleh calon pemimpin didasarkan pada penentuan pusat cluster dan nilai kriteria dari masing-masing kategori.
