Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca di perpustakaan terhadap motivasi belajar  ( Studi kasus: Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen ) Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rumus slovin dengan populasi sampel yang diambil dari seluruh seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen ini berjumlah 150 orang mahasiswa. Lalu menggunakan rumus slovin dengan total sebanyak 60 orang. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas minat baca (X1)) dan motivasi belajar (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat kuesioner. Hasil pengumpulan data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil pengujian parsial (uji t) t hitung antara variabel minat baca terhadap variabel motivasi belajar  menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,862 > t tabel 1,663 serta memiliki nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, hal ini berarti minat baca berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar.

Abstract

The work environment has an important role in improving employee performance through a good physical and non-physical environment, such as creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for employees, including providing work safety facilities and tools, maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace, and increasing employee morale in every activity. , so that physical and non-physical conditions are adequate, work productivity will increase. Work ethic is work enthusiasm or taste for work that shows the enthusiasm for collaboration, debate and achievement, so that you can actually reap real results and contribute to the progress of the organization. Employee performance is the ability to achieve job requirements, namely when work targets can be completed at the right time or without exceeding the time limit provided so that the goals will be in accordance with the company's morals and ethics. This research aims to determine the impact of the work environment and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Nusa Cendana Inti Perkasa Muara Enim. The population and sample in this study were 60 people from all employees of the production division of PT. Nusa Cendana Inti Perkasa Muara Enim. The research data was analyzed using multiple linear analysis which was processed with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) computer program version 26. The results of this research indicate that there is an impact of the work environment and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Nusa Cendana Inti Perkasa Muara Enim.. With a significant F of 0.000 < 0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 35,908 + 0,184 X1 + 0,582 X2 PT. Nusa Cendana Inti Perkasa Muara Enim. 0.000 < 0.05. There is an impact of the work environment and work ethic on employee performance. PT. Nusa Cendana Inti Perkasa Muara Enim. with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The sample consisted of 26 people who were employees at the research object company in Prabumulih City. The method used is quantitative using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis based on the results of data calculations and analysis used to obtain the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.471 + 0.526X1 + 0.274X2 + e, the results of statistical testing (t test) show that the work motivation variables (X1) and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t value of 4.740 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, because a significant value below 0.05 shows that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. The leadership variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t value of 2.525 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, because a significance value below 0.05 indicates that leadership has a positive influence on employee performance. . Based on a simultaneous statistical test (F test), it shows that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) together influence Employee Performance (Y). This can be seen from the Fcount which is greater than the Ftable (47.862 > 2.79) value. significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the summary model output analysis showed that the determination test results gave an Adjusted R square of 0.868, this means that 86.8% of employee performance is influenced by work motivation and leadership, while the remaining 13.2% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The population and sample in this study consisted of 60 employees from the production division of PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, processed with the help of the computer program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.The results of this study show that both partially and simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The F significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with 57 degrees of freedom and an alpha of 0.05, produced the multiple linear regression equation:Y = 12.873 + 0.251X₁ + 0.448X₂ + e. Partially, the motivation variable contributes positively by 0.251 units in influencing performance, while job satisfaction contributes positively by 0.448 units in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami persepsi karyawan terhadap kepemimpinan tunggal yang konsisten dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pada LKP Era Smart Center di Prabumulih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan dan observasi langsung di tempat kerja serta sumber data sekunder yaitu analisis dokumen internal yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purpossive sampling. Validitas data dilakukan dengan cara trianggulasi data dan informan review. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik Miles, Huberman dan Saldana; persiapan, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan mempersepsikan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai perilaku yang yang inspiratif, tegas, perfeksionis, bertanggung jawab, terbuka terhadap masukan, dan fleksibel. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan bisa dilihat dari karyawan yang terinspirasi dan termotivasi serta hasil kinerja sesuai target dan optimal. Selain itu pengendalian emosi terhadap kesalahan dan kemampuan komunikasi yang kurang efektif dapat menimbulkan tekanan bagi karyawan terutama saat terjadi kesalahan perkerjaan yang sedikit mengganggu kesejahteraan dan kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang ditemukan cenderung Transformasional, hal ini ditandai dengan kemampuan pemimpin untuk menginspirasi, menciptakan ikatan emosional, memotivasi dan memberikan perhatian individual kepada bawahan, serta mendorong inovasi dan perubahan positif. Namun, ada juga elemen gaya kepemimpinan otokratis yang terlihat dari ketegasan dan kontrol ketat pada kinerja karyawan serta penanganan kesalahan dengan nada keras dan tegas. Persepsi ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja.
