Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the procurement system and procedures at PT Traktor Nusantara Branch Medan. The method used in this research involves reading, interviews, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The procurement system for goods and services involves two methods: cash before delivery and cash after delivery. The procedures for procuring goods and services include several stages: placing orders, making payments, and distribusing goods and services to customers.

Abstract

Motivation is a necessity, whether consciously or not, in moving Human Resources, so motivation is needed so that employees can work optimally. Motivation is not only limited to material but other types of motivation must be stimulated so that they can develop naturally, every human being has motivation in themselves in working because every human being has desires and hopes in their lives, this is called intrinsic motivation. While extrinsic motivation is motivation that comes from outside the human self. This is also something that must be considered, promotion, mutation, is one part of this motivation, apart from bonuses, incentives and salaries. Both of these motivations, both internal and external to humans, must be aligned which will ultimately improve employee performance. Employee performance is a measure of the extent to which employees succeed in achieving company goals and standards set by the company, employee performance can also be interpreted as employee achievement in carrying out main tasks and functions and responsibilities for the work done. Or in other words, employee performance is the ability, skills and work results shown by an employee in carrying out tasks and responsibilities in the workplace. Employee performance can be measured by achieving predetermined targets, work productivity, quality of work results and quality of work in a team. This research was conducted by the author, namely the Lintongnihuta Village Office in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra.

Abstract

Perusahaan merupakan sebuah organisasi yang dijalankan dengan banyaknya bagian-bagian divisi perusahaan itu sendiri. Divisi merupakan suatu kelompok atau satuan di dalam suatu organisasi. Arsip menjadi pusat ingat suatu perusahaan yang menjadi sangat penting untuk dikembangkan dan juga dibuat dengan semudah mungkin dalam prosesnya. Dalam keberlangsungan jalannya suatu perusahaan keberadaan arsip menjadi saling keterkaitannya antara divisi satu dengan divisi lainnya sebagai bahan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian pada LSP UMKM Profesional Indonesia dapat diketahui bagaimana tahapan pengelolaan arsip secara manual yang dilakukan berdasarkan sistem tanggal atau sistem penyimpanan kronoligis yang didasarkan pada urutan waktu terjadinya pengarsipan maupun arsip secara elektronik atau digital yaitu menggunakan google drive, serta mengetahui bagaimana tahapan mengalih mediakan dari arsip fisik ke arsip digital. A company is an organization operated with various divisions within itself. A division is a group or unit within an organization. Archives serve as the memory center of a company and are crucial to be developed and made as simple as possible in their processes. In the ongoing operation of a company, the existence of archives creates interconnections between one division and another, serving as material for decision making. Based on research conducted by LSP UMKM Profesional Indonesia, we can understand the stages of manual archive management, which is done based on a date system or chronological storage system according to the order of time when archiving occurs, as well as electronic or digital archiving using google drive, and the stages of converting physical archives to digital archives.

Abstract

Office layout or commonly known as Layot is one of the support work systems that must be considered in the office. Office space arrangement is a necessity of all offices in Indonesia today. The purpose of this study is to find out the management of office space in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance, obstacles in the implementation of office space planning and planning that will be carried out in managing office space in the employee performance research of Sempoa Sip Medan. The place of research conducted by the author is at the office of Sempoa Sip Titi Kuning Medan. The place of research conducted by the author is at the office of Sempoa SIP Medan which is located at Jalan Brigjen Zein Hamid Km 6 No.08, Titi Kuning, Kec.Medan Johor, Medan City, North Sumatra 20146. The type of data used by the researcher in this study is qualitative data. The method of data collection techniques can be carried out by interviews, observations. The results of the study show that the office spatial planning in Sip Medan Abacus has gone quite well although there are still some shortcomings. However, it is still carried out with a strategy in the preparation of the layout of office facilities.
