Abstract

This research is about the gang phenomenon in elementary school. This research aims to find out the factors that cause the students to form gangs, the pattern of gangs forming, and the effects of gang phenomenon. The data are obtained from class teachers, students' parents, and students involved in gangs. Researcher conducted a phenomenological research method by analyzing Smith's data model, namely Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the emergence of gang phenomena at SD Negeri Cibiru 10 was caused by internal factors; deviant behavior of students, and external factors; (1) the frequent of gathering together in various situations; (2) coercion; (3) and lack of supervision. The gangs are formed through seven stages; (1) the frequent of gathering together in various situations; (2) one of the students wanted to form a gang; (3) inviting and forcing other friends to join the gang; (4) there are students who feel compelled and some feel safe in the gang; (5) forming a management structure; (6) creating a gang identity; (7) showing its existence by carrying out negative actions. The arising effects of the gang formation are divided into two, which are positive impacts and negative impacts. The positif impacts are (1) students understand the meaning of solidarity; (2) enthusiasm for learning when in their gang. The negatif impacts are; (1) students are often reprimanded by teachers; (2) shunned by other friends; (3) get a threat or mental pressure; (4) often quarrel; (5) interferes with the learning process; (6) being bossy; (7) lack of mingling; (8) triggering deviant actions such as bullying, hitting, kicking, and push ups.

Abstract

Zaman yang semakin modern, banyak orang mulai terlena akan gaya hidup maupun perilaku yang berlebihan, disadari hal itu berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakternya. Pengkajian pondok pesantren memiliki hubungan erat dengan pendidikan karakter, membentuk karakter santri tidaklah mudah, membangun karakter suatu pekerjaan yang tidak instan dan dilakukan secara simultan. Metode pembentukan karakter merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pendidikan pesantren, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada transfer ilmu agama, tetapi juga pada pengembangan akhlak dan kepribadian santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode pembentukan karakter santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Atqiyaa`. Abstract

ABSTRACT The diversity of cultural, educational, and religious backgrounds among convert (muallaf) students necessitates a learning approach that is flexible and responsive to learners’ individual conditions. This study aims to examine and describe the instructional strategies employed to enhance understanding of Islamic teachings among convert students at Pondok Pesantren Alwafa, Padang City. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation conducted in a systematic manner. The findings reveal that learning effectiveness is supported by the implementation of integrated strategies, including role modeling by educators, strengthening emotional connections, delivering materials in a simplified and gradual manner, fostering positive thinking patterns, and organizing learning based on students’ needs. These strategies contribute to increased learning motivation, improved comprehension of Islamic concepts, and the development of more consistent religious attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, this study affirms that a learning model integrating pedagogical, emotional, and contextual dimensions constitutes an effective approach in supporting the success of Islamic education for convert students. ABSTRAK Keragaman latar belakang budaya, pendidikan, dan pengalaman keagamaan pada santri mualaf menuntut adanya pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menyesuaikan dengan kondisi peserta didik secara lebih fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji serta menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman ajaran Islam pada santri mualaf di Pondok Pesantren Alwafa, Kota Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara bertahap menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran didukung oleh penerapan strategi yang terintegrasi, meliputi pemberian contoh langsung oleh pendidik, penguatan hubungan emosional, penyajian materi secara sederhana dan bertahap, pengembangan pola pikir positif, serta pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis kebutuhan santri. Penerapan strategi tersebut berdampak pada meningkatnya motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep keislaman, serta pembentukan sikap religius yang lebih stabil. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan aspek pedagogis, emosional, dan kontekstual merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan agama Islam bagi santri mualaf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa di Sekolah Maktab Ibnu Khaldun. Aspek yang dikaji meliputi peran guru dalam penyusunan jadwal hafalan dan murojaah, kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru, metode hafalan, serta motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan jadwal yang terstruktur, kerja sama orang tua dan guru, penerapan metode hafalan yang sesuai, serta motivasi siswa berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan konsistensi hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa

Abstract

This study aims to identify, classify, and systematically analyze various problems in the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic education in Indonesia, as well as to formulate preventive and remedial solutions. The study employs a qualitative approach with a combined design, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA guidelines, integrated with a narrative-conceptual literature study. Data were obtained from 14 field research articles indexed in Scholar, Sinta, and Scopus within the 2020–2026 period, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques and issue trees. The findings indicate that the primary problems lie in two domains: cognitive-affective psychological impacts and violations of academic ethics and privacy. In the cognitive-affective aspect, the study identifies symptoms such as bias in religious understanding, a decline in critical thinking skills, a tendency to accept AI-generated outputs dogmatically, and the weakening of pedagogical-spiritual relationships between teachers and students. In the ethical domain, issues include AI-assisted plagiarism and the misuse of deepfake technology in religious content. The contributing factors include the epistemic limitations of AI systems, the lack of comprehensive regulation, academic pressure, and increasing user dependency. This study recommends an epistemological reconstruction based on maqasid al-shari‘ah, positioning AI as a supporting instrument (wasilah), supported by pentahelix synergy and the implementation of the ADDIE instructional design model, so that AI integration can be carried out ethically, accountably, and in alignment with the objectives of Islamic education.
