Abstract

PT RMK Energy terdapat suatu devisi yang menangani monitoring stok yang berpusat pada bagian Inventory akan tetapi dalam melaksanakan suatu sistem masih terdapat kesulitan dalam menjalankan pekerjaan seperti pengeluaran barang yang masih dicatat pada kartu stok sebelum diinput ke dalam sistem dan stok opname yang masih menghitung satu persatu barang dan hasilnya baru diinput kedalam sistem sehingga kurang efisien dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dalam waktu cepat, maka pada aplikasi Sistem Informasi Inventory Menggunakan QR Code meliputi proses input data inventory yang kemudian data tersebut akan digunakan sebagai identitas barang untuk proses pengeluaran dan penerimaan barang serta data tersebut dijadikan sebuah laporan inventory yang akan diberikan kepada pihak manajemen.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) can present as various symptoms, which range from asymptomatic to severe symptoms. We report a case of COVID-19 female patient with malaria co-infection who developed pericarditis complication. In this pandemic era, it is mandatory to rule out COVID-19. Coinfection with malaria will result in higher cytokine levels which lead to atypical complication, such as pericarditis. Prompt identification of atypical COVID-19 complications is essential as it can lower the mortality rate and reduce the duration of hospitalization.

Abstract

Leadership is an important central point in an organization. To be a good leader requires a variety of knowledge, experience, and skills in various things. This article discusses effective leadership in teams. Leaders chosen in an organization or team are required to have the ability in various ways, especially in organizing team members to achieve goals or goals effectively and efficiently, encouraging each team member to be able to make their best contribution to the organization, company, or institution even in the team. The purpose of writing is to know about effective leadership in a team and to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The method of writing this is to conduct a literature review from various printed sources and various other sources of scientific information. Based on the observations obtained, successful leadership is influential leadership, transformative leadership, and leaders who can overcome dynamics in the team. Some things that affect leadership effectiveness include; the relevance of leadership style, leadership qualities, leadership qualities, and good teamwork.
