Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of food quality, city image, and promotion on revisit to Bukittinggi City Tourism, West Sumatra with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is the result of a questionnaire that was distributed directly in June 2021. Sampling was carried out through a purposive sampling method, in which the researcher had set several criteria. There are 195 respondents in this study. This research method uses PLS-SEM with the help of SMART PLS. The results in this study indicate that food quality has no influence on customer satisfaction, while city image and promotion have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, food quality and city image have no influence on revisit, while promotion has a positive and significant influence on revisit. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on revisit. The managerial implications show where innovation needs to be improved which is more attractive and takes advantage of the great potential of Bukittinggi City Tourism, West Sumatra. For further research, it is expected to be able to conduct research in other tourist destinations by using the variables contained in this study to be used as a reference for tourism development in Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan, citra kota, dan promosi terhadap kunjungan ulang pada Wisata Kota Bukittinggi Sumatera Barat dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung pada bulan Juni 2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui metode purposive sampling, di mana peneliti telah menetapkan beberapa kriteria. Ada 195 responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SMART PLS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra kota dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu, kualitas makanan dan citra kota tidak berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kunjungan ulang. Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kunjungan ulang. Implikasi manajerial menunjukkan di mana inovasi perlu ditingkatkan yang lebih menarik dan memanfaatkan potensi besar Wisata Kota Bukittinggi Sumatera Barat. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian di destinasi wisata lain dengan menggunakan variabel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini untuk dijadikan referensi pembangunan wisata di Indonesia.

Abstract

TMRN Restoran Cafe is one of the businesses engaged in culinary services and products that has the motto of having a variety of foods and delicious flavors and accompanied design that creates comfort. The purpose of this article is to conduct an analysis of external and internal factors which are the strengths and weaknesses of TMRN Resto and Cafe using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. This article obtains results from TMRN Cafe which require a work structure in order to have each employee's work desk as well as company standard SOPs that are made in a directed and clear manner, in addition to developing or increasing marketing through radio and events or bazaars, making cards a member for TMRN Cafe loyal customers. The strategy that is best implemented and managed will help in the business development process that is carried out.

Abstract

Optimasi rute distribusi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi logistik perusahaan, terutama dalam industri wewangian yang memiliki persaingan tinggi. Penelitian ini menganalisis rute distribusi PT Maju Jaya melalui model milk run dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi biaya operasional, efisiensi waktu pengiriman, serta menurunkan penggunaan bahan bakar. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan langsung, analisis data sekunder dari sistem logistik perusahaan, serta studi literatur terkait penerapan model milk run dalam distribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model milk run dapat mengoptimalkan rute distribusi, mengurangi waktu pengiriman, serta menurunkan biaya bahan bakar.
