Abstract

The Carong Aceh Scholarship is one of the Aceh government programs to finance the education of the poor. The Aceh Carong Scholarship Program is given to prospective students who have good academic potential who are financially disadvantaged. Aceh Carong scholarship holders are exempt from tuition fees during their studies and receive a monthly allowance. The Aceh Carong Scholarship must be managed in such a way that scholarship recipients can use the Aceh Carong Scholarship to meet their daily needs. Scholarship recipients must put academic needs before individual needs and use these grants wisely. The focus of this research is the use of the Aceh Carong Scholarship for Aceh Polytechnic students. Efforts to obtain these answers were made by making research subjects using the snowball sampling method. Researchers collected information about the use of the Carong Aceh subsidy through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that students use their scholarships wisely and in accordance with sharia guidelines. They use scholarship funds in a simple, economical and lawful way. They are not excessive in utilizing scholarship funds. They also set aside their scholarship funds for savings. And every time they consume it, they always pay attention to its halal status

Abstract

Anggaran yang telah dibuat sangat berperan positif dalam berbagai kegiatan yang ada di pemerintahan. Kinerja suatu pemerintah dinilai dan dilihat melalui anggaran yang sudah dibuat. Oleh karena itu, pengeluaran pemerintah sangat diharapkan agar pelayanan Masyarakat mendapatkan porsi yang relatif besar. Tujuan finansial tentunya memiliki keterkaitan dengan faktor anggaran belanja dan pendapatan pada setiap organisasi yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran belanja pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Aceh periode anggaran 2018-2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian untuk tingkat efektivitas pada tahun 2018-2022 keseluruhanya cukup efektif dan tingkat efisiensi dari tahun 2018-2022 keseluruhan cukup efisien. Diharapkan pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Aceh agar meningkatkan tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi dengan memperbaiki dan mengevaluasi setiap kekurangan yang terjadi baik dari segi program dan juga anggaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of digitalization and innovation in the growth and development of MSMEs. Digitalization is essential in the global era, where human resources are required to adapt to digitalization developments. Innovation is closely related to digitalization in its optimization. However, in reality, this has not yet occurred comprehensively in various aspects of MSMEs. The background to this research is the many MSMEs that still lack adequate capabilities in terms of digitalization and innovation. The research method employed is a literature review, examining previous studies that analyze the use of digitalization and innovation for the development of MSMEs. The results show that the use of digitalization and innovation has a significant influence on improving MSME development. Indicators and aspects of digitalization are also necessary for more optimal MSME development. The recommendations from this study are the need for collaboration, training, and digital literacy in innovation and digitalization as an effort to develop MSMEs that are globally competitive in the digital era.
