Abstract

Abstrak Bina Guna Kimia bergerak di bidang pertanian dalam bentuk formulasi pestisida. Hasil studi lapangan ditemukan bahwa perusahaan memiliki potensi bahaya besar, karena menyimpan bahan kimia sangat beracun dan reaktif melebihi nilai ambang kuantitas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui terapan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan di tempat kerja berdasarkan Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 tentang pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan model miles dan huberman disajikan dalam teks bersifat naratif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa PT. Bina Guna Kimia sudah menerapkan Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 tentang pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Penerapan baik penyediaan Petugas P3K, Fasilitas P3K berupa Ruang P3K, Kotak P3K dan Isi, Alat Evakuasi dan Alat Transportasi, Alat Pelindung Diri, serta fasilitas tambahan pada bahaya khusus berupa Emergency Shower dan Eye Wash. Abstract Bina Guna Kimia is engaged in agriculture in the form of pesticide formulations. Field study results found that the company has a great potential hazard because it stores highly reactive and toxic chemicals beyond the quantity threshold. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of first aid in workplace accidents based on Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008. The type of research used is descriptive research, the instruments used are observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation. This research uses Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 as guidelines concerning first aid in workplace accidents. Datas were analyzed using the miles and huberman model and is presented in narrative text. The results of the study showed that PT. Bina Guna Kimia has implemented Permenakertrans No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 concerning first aid in workplace accidents. Good application for the provision of First Aid Officer and First Aid Facilities in the form of First Aid Rooms, First Aid Boxes, and its Contents, Evacuation and Transportation Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, and additional facilities for special hazards in the form of Emergency Shower and Eye Wash.
