Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the implementation and learning outcomes of conventional learning models (2)know the implementation and learning outcomes of the STAD learning model (3) analyzing student learningoutcomes using the conventional leraning model and STAD. The research method used in this study was anexperimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design.The population in this study amounting to 139students. The sampel used in this study, namely class XI IPS 3 totaling 34 students as a control class and classXI IPS 4 totaling 36 students as an experimental class variable is the learning outcome. The data analysistechnique used is descriptive statistics and t test.Based on the result of the study showed the pre-test value of thecontrol class 43.88 increased to 72.41, while in the experimental class the pre test value of 42.66 increased to77.11. The results of the analysis showed that the two-t test average post test control and experimental classesshowed the results of tcount> ttable, so that tcount was in the rejection area Ho so that Ha was accepted,indicating that the learning outcomes with STAD learning model were better than conventional model learningoutcomes.. The independent variable is the STAD and conventional learning models, while the dependent Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran beserta hasil belajar siswayang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) mengetahui pelaksanaan besertapembelajaran beserta hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD, (3)menganalisis seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajarankonvensional dan STAD.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimensemu dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah139 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas XI IPS 3 berjumlah 34 siswasebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI IPS 4 berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen.Variabel bebasdalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran STAD dan konvensional, sedangkan variabelterikatnya adalah hasil belajar.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan ujit. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in fostering economic inclusion, particularly for marginalized communities such as persons with disabilities. However, limited access to effective branding and visual communication strategies often hinders the competitiveness of disability-led or disability-inclusive MSMEs. This study aims to explore how strategic branding and visual communication can enhance the market competitiveness of products developed by disability communities under social empowerment programs. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and visual documentation from selected MSMEs supported by social empowerment initiatives. The findings reveal that consistent visual identity, inclusive branding narratives, and audience-oriented packaging design significantly contribute to consumer trust and product differentiation in the market. Moreover, the collaboration between designers and community members proved essential in ensuring that the branding reflects both the values and capabilities of the disability community. This research highlights the transformative role of visual branding in economic empowerment and offers practical insights for inclusive design practices and policy formulation. The study contributes to the interdisciplinary discourse between design, social entrepreneurship, and disability inclusion by emphasizing the strategic integration of visual communication in community-based enterprises.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) planning is a strategic aspect in improving the quality and success of Islamic educational institutions, especially madrasahs and pesantrens, amid the dynamics of change and challenges of the digital era. However, weak HR planning often results in mismatched placement of educators, ineffective recruitment processes, and low professionalism and quality of teaching. This study aims to analyze the contribution of human resource management planning to the success of managing Islamic educational institutions. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method on relevant scientific articles published between 2012 and 2020. Data analysis is carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that structured HRM planning significantly contributes to determining the need for educators, improving the quality of recruitment and selection, the effectiveness of continuous professional development, as well as strengthening the performance evaluation system. These findings confirm that HRM planning not only functions as an administrative tool but also serves as a strategic foundation in enhancing the quality, professionalism, and competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This research contributes theoretically to strengthening studies in Islamic education management based on HR planning, and practically provides a reference for madrasah and pesantren administrators in formulating systematic and quality-oriented human resource planning.
