Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of determining the influence of product quality, customer experience and perceived price suitability on repurchase interest in Scarlett skin care products. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique which was chosen because the researcher used his own judgment in selecting members of the population who were deemed able to provide information. The number of samples used in this research was 148 respondents. The results of the research were collected through questionnaires which were processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data quality test in this research is the validity test, reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the classical assumption, use the normality test and multicollinearity test. To test the hypothesis, use multiple linear regression, t test, goodness of fit test (f test) and coefficient of determination (R2 test ) . The results of this research show that product quality, customer experience and perceived price suitability have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Scarlett skin care products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and develop collaborative strategies in managing mangrove ecotourism with a focus on increasing awareness and stakeholder participation in sustainable tourism. This research aims to explore ways to increase community awareness and stakeholder involvement in sustainable mangrove ecotourism management efforts.This research uses a qualitative approach with an explanatory case study method, because this research investigates and describes the complexity in the context of stakeholder involvement in the development of edu-ecotourism in Lembur Mangrove Patikang, Pandeglang. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, document study and observation. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, document study and observation. The Edu-Ecotourism Mangrove program in Patikang Mangrove Valley, run by PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, is a sustainable initiative involving various stakeholders, including companies, governments, academic institutions, media, and local communities. The program aims to integrate education, environmental conservation, and sustainable tourism in mangrove forest preservation, building environmental awareness, increasing stakeholder participation, and empowering local communities in ecotourism management. It emphasizes economic, social, and environmental sustainability, demonstrating a commitment to holistic engagement.This study has several limitations of results due an interpretation, and limited stakeholder engagement. future research can improve the validity, reliability, and relevance of the recommendations.

Abstract

Provinsi Banten memiliki potensi mangrove sangat besar. Salah satunya adalah hutan mangrove yang berada di desa patikang, yang sedang dikembangkan menjadi Program Pengembangan Edu-Ekowisata Lembur Mangrove Patikang. Namun, Perbedaan kepentingan dan tujuan di antara para pemangku kepentingan dapat mempersulit pengambilan keputusan dan implementasi, sehingga menekankan perlunya dialog dan negosiasi yang terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi keberlanjutan untuk membangun stakeholder engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivisme dan metode studi kasus Tunggal. dengan Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan triangulasi data, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan pencocokan pola. Dalam konteks pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan, strategi komunikasi keberlanjutan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam membangun keterlibatan stakeholder. Strategi communication for sustainability menekankan pentingnya komunikasi yang terintegrasi dan partisipatif. Pendekatan ini mendorong keterlibatan aktif dari semua pemangku kepentingan dalam proses komunikasi, sehingga menciptakan dialog yang konstruktif dan saling menghargai. Kolaborasi model komunikasi hypercube menawarkan perspektif multidimensional dalam memahami interaksi antara berbagai elemen komunikasi.
