Abstract

This study aims to provide an alternative offer of vocabulary learning models adapted from learning models in pesantren. Observations made during June 2019 and interviews with informants who have woven pesantren education and intruspection methods were applied in this study. In the pesantren environment, especially modern pesantren, vocabulary learning is done in a practical way. Speaking skills in the current context are focused on modern pesantren. In the pesantren tradition, especially traditional pesantren, vocabulary learning takes precedence over the strengthening of scientific terms, especially those contained in classical texts (kitab kuning). In the combination learning model, which is generally applied in semipesantren, the vocabulary learning is carried out on two lines: the classical and practical paths. This study offers the concept of learning on the basis of vocabulary mapping based on the needs and relationships between learners and BIPA teachers.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa psikotik yang dapat menimbulkan resiko ke kambuhan sepanjang kehidupan pasien. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kekambuhan tersebut adalah kurangnya peran serta keluarga dalam perawatan pasien. Tujuan : menganalisa hubungan antara sikap dan dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat kekambuhan pasien jiwa dengan diagnosa skizofrenia. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tekhnik sampling melibatkan  50 responden yang di kumpulkan dengan teknik Purposive sampling. data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan di analisis menggunakan uji fisher exact dan chi square. Hasil: Analisa data menunjukkan responden memiliki sikap baik sebesar 32 responden 64%, dan dukungan Keluarga Baik sebesar 29 responden (58%), dan kambuh berulang sebesar 24 responden 48%. hasil uji fisher exact Untuk variabel sikap dengan kekambuhan Menunjukkan Nilai p Value 0.042 Sedangkan uji Chi-Square dukungan keluarga dengan kekambuhan nilai p value 0,011 kurang ? 0.05. Kesimpulan: Sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dan dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat kekambuhan pasien jiwa dengan diagnosa skizofrenia di Puskesmas Wilayah Perkotaan Kabupaten Berau. Jadi keluarga harus meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman keluarga dalam menyikapi dan mendukung pasien jiwa dengan diagnosa skizofrenia dengan cara mendukung secara emosional, informasi, instrumental serta penilaian.

Abstract

Indonesia has the opportunity to increase cow's milk production, but the level of milk consumption among Indonesian people is much lower than in neighboring countries. The imbalance of large production quantities with the low market demand can cause price declines. In order not to experience losses, producers must be consumer-oriented. The aims of this study were to analyze the characteristics of consumers of pasteurized milk at the KUD Argopuro Dairy House and to analyze the effect of the attributes of pasteurized milk on consumers. The research method used descriptive analysis to answer the first purpose and conjoint analysis for the second purpose. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. Characteristics consumers of pasteurized milk at the KUD Argopuro Dairy House were mostly women, aged 21 until 25 years, with a high school equivalent final education level, dominated by students, with a monthly income of less than Rp500.000. Consumers prefer chocolate-flavored pasteurized milk in 1.000 ml plastic bottles for Rp6.000. Consumers consider is the taste of the milk, the size of the package, the type of packaging, and the price. Suggestions that can be given are to increase the production of chocolate flavored pasteurized milk so that the product sells faster, develop 1.000 ml packaging in plastic bottles so that it is not inferior to competing products, and set a more affordable price for consumers which are students.
