Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of the online recruitment process at PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik. The company uses a descriptive qualitative method that refers to online recruitment data since 2016, involving digital platforms, websites, and specialized applications. The recruitment process involves the stages of file selection, interview tests, written and technical tests, and orientation and evaluation. Interviews with informants from the company show that PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik measures the success of online recruitment based on criteria such as the number of quality candidates, complete resumes, appropriate domicile, appropriate age, and potential to become an expert in the field. The company's strategy to improve the quality of prospective employees involves detailing advertisements, extracting information and talents of prospective employees, and improving document selection filters. The company evaluates the effectiveness of its online recruitment platform by looking at the number of qualified applicants, the success of meeting employee needs, and the platform's ability to save time and money. In managing relationships with candidates, the company focuses on friendly communication and ensuring candidates feel comfortable. Based on data analysis, PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik has implemented online recruitment effectively. However, challenges such as mismatches between educational backgrounds and desired jobs need to be addressed. Continuous evaluation of the online recruitment process as well as adjustments to technological developments and labor market dynamics are recommended to ensure the company's continued success in obtaining quality employees.

Abstract

This exploration was led to figure out how the Worker Enrollment and Choice Cycle at PT Swabina Gatra Gresik, figure out the impediments and elective arrangements in tackling issues. Information assortment methods through perception and meetings, in particular straightforwardly noticing the item being considered. In view of the aftereffects of the conversation, it shows that the Representative Enlistment and Determination process at PT Swabina Gatra Gresik is as per the standard jobs and specialists given overall. The obstructions that happen are the distance of the spot or unit that is a long way from the administrative center, the limit of qualified HR in a few position regions. Arrangements did incorporate leading internet based interviews by means of zoom meeting or google meet, help from the preparation unit so these workers can find their weaknesses and enter the rules.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan peran vital bersangkutan dengan prosedur atau pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan operasional perusahaan. Karyawan mempunyai peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisisi pengaruh kompensasi,lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, berguna mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja kayawan. Melalui variabel Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi apakah akan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan di PT Mitra Jaya Gung. Penelitian berfokuskan pada metode pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh berdasarkan data primer yang di dapat dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner yang bersumber dari lingkup perusahaan dengan populasi dan sampel 72 karyawan yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian analisis menggunakan software aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi secara parsial terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawani di PT Mitra Jaya Gung.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are important assets for an organization. HR includes the abilities, skills, knowledge, and capabilities that individuals or groups possess to achieve organizational goals. In management, human resources (HR) includes everyone who contributes to an organization's operations, from top management to operational employees. It is very important to understand HR as an asset that can improve a company's performance and competitiveness. According to research, inadequate career development, poor work-life balance, and unsupportive boss behavior are the main reasons employees leave the company. Exit Interviews are an important way to find out the feedback of outgoing employees and provide important insights into company policies and working conditions. This study investigates the exit interview process of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik to find out the methods used, the problems faced, and the advantages. The results of the analysis show that data from outbound interviews can help companies understand the reasons why employees leave the company and provide constructive suggestions for improvements that can be made to improve employee retention and company performance. Based on these findings, there are suggestions to improve the exit interview process and maximize its benefits for the company.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business world, as a growing construction company, PT Ravana Jaya does not easily maintain high work discipline among its employees. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the manual attendance system implemented at PT Ravana Jaya and its impact on work discipline and employee productivity. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and direct observation. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the work discipline system is greatly influenced by the enforcement of regulations and the integration of various other aspects. Manual attendance systems lead to inaccuracies in attendance data, which negatively impacts the sanctions applied and employees' perceptions of fairness in the workplace. In addition, several operational obstacles were found, such as the risk of data loss and the inability of the fingerprint system to monitor employee behavior after attendance. This study recommends the implementation of a more efficient and structured digital attendance system to improve data accuracy, work discipline, and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Despite being a state-owned enterprise with strategic importance in logistics and communication, the company faces challenges in its human resource management, particularly in filling critical vacancies. This issue has led to the practice of dual positions, which compromises both employee productivity and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the factors causing dual positions and their impact on employees at PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through unstructured interviews and observations within the Financial Business Partner and Asset division. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that dual positions occurred due to vacant roles caused by employee transfers without replacements, leading to an increased workload that negatively impacted productivity and heightened work pressure. Although work quality was considered fairly good, task completion deadlines were often disrupted. It is recommended that the company promptly recruit or transfer employees to fill the vacancies to reduce workload and improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

PT Langgeng Jaya Plastindo adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang mengkhususkan diri pada produk plastik daur ulang, mengedepankan inovasi dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program talent pool perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pengembangan karir, mengatasi inefisiensi dalam seleksi kandidat, dan mencapai efisiensi biaya dalam proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di PT Langgeng Jaya Plastindo. Lima informan kunci, termasuk personel HRD, supervisor, dan peserta talent pool, memberikan wawasan mengenai implementasi dan hasil program. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, dengan fokus pada reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Program talent pool di PT Langgeng Jaya Plastindo secara efektif mempersiapkan karyawan untuk tanggung jawab yang lebih tinggi, mengurangi waktu perekrutan, dan meminimalkan biaya. Peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, jalur karier yang lebih jelas, dan peningkatan motivasi. Selain itu, program ini mendukung pengembangan talenta internal, mengurangi ketergantungan pada rekrutmen eksternal. Temuan-temuan ini menyoroti peran penting program ini dalam mempertahankan jalur kepemimpinan dan memajukan pertumbuhan karier dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Beban kerja adalah tugas yang diberikan kepada pekerja oleh suatu organisasi yang harus diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dihadapi bagian pengawasan PT Pos Indonesia KCU Jember dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat stres pegawainya dalam bekerja. Indikasi beban ini adalah jumlah pengajuan yang diselesaikan setiap hari dan setiap bulan. Karena penelitian dilakukan dalam suasana alamiah, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang disebut juga metode penelitian naturalistik. Metode yang digunakan untuk memilih subjek wawancara adalah purposive sampling.
