Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Mengidentifikasi faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA).Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 7 Yogyakarta atau mewakili ,guru, orang tua dan peserta didik. Seting penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Komunikasi dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah kepada guru dan wali murid. Sumber Daya berupa sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya sarana prasarana dan sumber daya alokasi waktu. Disposisi berupa sikap positif dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak. Struktur Birokrasi yaitu tidak adanya struktur organisasi tentang program sekolah ramah anak dan hanya disesuaikan dengan struktur organisasi sekolah. Faktor Pendukung berupa sikap positif dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak serta adanya komitmen pihak sekolah untuk terus mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak. Faktor Penghambat berupa kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anakKata Kunci: Sekolah Ramah Anak, Implementasi Program, SRA.AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of Child Friendly School (SRA) program at Junior High School 7 Yogyakarta. Identify factors that support and impede the implementation of Child Friendly School (SRA) programs.This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. Principal 7 JHS Yogyakarta or represent, teachers, parents and learners. This research setting is done at 7 JHS Yogyakarta. Techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. With the stages of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and techniques.The results showed that: Communication done by the Principal to teachers and guardians of pupils. Resources in the form of human resources as well as infrastructure resources and time allocation resources. Disposition in the form of positive attitude in implementing Child Friendly School Program. Bureaucracy structure is the absence of organizational structure of child friendly school program and only adapted to school organizational structure. Supporting factors include positive attitudes and support from various parties and the commitment of the school to continue to implement the Child Friendly School Program. Inhibiting factors are lack of facilities and infrastructure in meeting the needs of childrenKeywords: Child Friendly School, Program Implementation, SRA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of interest rate variables and financial performance on stock prices and also to determine the inflation variable moderating the effect of interest rates and financial performance on stock prices (Stocks Listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index Period 2014-2023). This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 JIIcompanies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so as to get a sample of 10 companies. The data used is panel data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and moderating regression analysis (MRA). The variables used in this study are Interest Rates, Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Inflation and Stock Prices. The results showed that partially interest rates and DER had no significant effect on stock prices. While EPS has a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously interest rates, EPS and DER have a significant effect on stock prices. In the moderation test (MRA), partially Inflation is not able to moderate interest rates, EPS and DER on stock prices. While simultaneously Inflation is able to moderate interest rates, EPS and DER on stock prices.
