Abstract

Pencegahan Anemia melalui Program "Student Friendly". Status gizi remaja putri umur 12-18tahun di Indonesia yang berisiko mengalami kurang energi kronik pada tahun 2017 sebesar 32% dan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sebesar 34,4%. Sebanyak 85% siswi SMP 1 Banguntapan tahun 2018 diketahui jarang mengkonsumsi zat enhancer dan besi meskipun tidak anemia. Mereka belum paham tentang pengetahuan kesehatan dan gizi khususnya anemia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi agar dapat mencegah anemia melalui program student friendly dengan teknik peer education, dan membentuk kader kesehatan di sekolah. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi kelompok, pelatihan konseling, dan pembentukan program student friendly. Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest dan Post-test Design. Hasil kegiatan berupa pelatihan kelompok "Student Friendly"; ceramah interaktif oleh pakar gizi maupun keperawatan; praktik penggunaan tensimeter, alat ukur Hb, timbangan injak dan microtoice; dan terbentuknya kelompok "Student Friendly" dan pembuatan pojok pelayanan remaja sehat. Nilai rata-rata pre-test pengetahuan tentang anemia sebesar 21,44 dan post-test sebesar 22,52.

Abstract

Background: The role is very important cadre that includes the role of cadres as a motivator, administrator and educator. Cadres responsible for the implementation of the program posyandu. If the cadres are not active then posyandu also will be smooth and consequently the nutritional status of an infant or toddler can not be detected early with a clear. cadres played a role important in the development of the child and maternal health, because through women cadres getting health information first.Purpose of research: Knowing the role relationships Posyandu cadres in improving the health of children with the nutritional status of children in the Village TegaltirtoBerbahSleman. Method :This research is a quantitative research design cross sectional. The sampling technique using total sampling technique.The bivariate analysis using analysis Chi Square.Result : The result of using the Chi Square correlation test showed that there is a relationship between cadres role to the nutritional status of children (p-value 0,002 < 0,05) with Contingency Coefficient value of 0,523 which means that power conection being. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between cadres role of the nutritional status of children in the Village Tegaltirto Berbah Sleman

Abstract

Background: The eating habits of junk food among teenagers and its effects on their health. This study found the diet of teenagers who are suspended by junk food alias junk food for lack of essential vitamins because it causes various health problems in the future. This is in accordance with the results of the preliminary study at SMK Trisula 1 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta where there are some teenagers who do not know about unhealthy eating habits with nutritional status.Objective: To know relation of adolescent perception about healthy eating habits with nutritional status at SMK Trisula 1 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive analytic using cross sectional approach. Number of respondents. Methods data using questionnaires, weight size, height, univariate bivariate.Result: Adolescent perception about unhealthy eating habits at SMK Trisula 1 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta as a whole with adolescent perception rate of 14 people (24,1%), teenage score 18 people (31,0%), and adolescent perception less 25 people (44.8%). Abstract

Introduction: Anemia is a public health problem associated with an increased of morbidity and mortality. Poor eating habits during pregnancy will cause the body's need for nutrients both micro and macro is not met, so will result in malnutrition and anemia. Methods: It was observational study using a cross sectional design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling methods. This dietary data accumulation was done by using Food Frequency Questionnaire. In-depth interviews was used to explore positive eating habit in pregnant women that are not anemic. Hemoglobin was detected by using HemoCue analyzer. Statistical analysis of data was used the Chi Square test. Results: The results show that 88.2% of the pregnant women are not anemic, 64.5% of pregnant women often consume enhancers, and 57.9% of pregnant women rarely consume inhibitors. There was no correlation between consumption of enhancer with anemia (p = 0.478). There was no correlation between consumption of inhibitors with anemia (p = 1,000). Positive eating habits of pregnant women who are not anemic is often consume foods high in vitamin C and animal protein. Conclusion: There was no correlation between consumption of enhancher and inhibitor with anemia incidence among pregnant women Recomendation: Improved health promotion of positive eating habit to prevent anemia in pregnant women
