Abstract

The acceleration of progress in the field of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) can be felt and has unlimited effects in various areas of life. All progress movements are covered in and within the realm of globalization mobility and the domain of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The effect is very pronounced and its influence penetrates very quickly into the realm of education, thus influencing the attitude of life of students as a young generation. In connection with relations and interactions between students and between religious communities, great efforts are made to construct an understanding of moderate religious practices so as not to fall into radical and exclusive, extreme and intolerant positions. Therefore, "biblical virtues" are taught and internalized through the Catholic Religion Sub-CPMK as a basis for being moderate in life between religious brothers. The purpose of writing is to discuss Biblical Virtue as the basis for a moderate attitude to be manifested and become a life guide that has been started to knit fraternity between students in higher education, so the PjBL method is the means and the approach used is SCL. The writing method used is library research. The conclusion of this study is that in multi-religious life a basis is needed as a guide and guide to form a moderate attitude and it is manifested in the practice of life between religious adherents, so that a moderate attitude is grounded in interacting with anyone without prejudice. Religious moderation requires various attitudes in the form of recognition of the existence of other parties, tolerance, respect for differences in religious beliefs and not imposing one's will in violent, extreme and radical ways. The PjBL method is one of the strategies to provide understanding that the source of moderation is Biblical Virtue. Sub-CPMK space for deepening and practicing moderate attitudes that are based on and lead to social interactions both internally and externally empowered for peace and harmony in life.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of using visual media in faith-building and the effectiveness of the application of visual media for mentoring the candidate of the first communion at St. Parish. Simon Peter Tarus. The type of research used is action research with a descriptive method that describe the factors that are the source of strengths and successes as well as weaknesses or obstacles to the implementation of faith-building: are these factors related to the training material; the means and methods of presenting the material, the discipline factor and the attendance of the coaching participant, the participation of the participant, or due to another factor. The result showed that using the visual media method had a very positive impact. This is indicated by the results of the study, that the increase in the result of coaching/learning participants with a success rate of 75% of participants got a score of 75 as measured by test question at the end of the cycle. Based on the test result obtained by the participant at the end of each cycle, it showed an increase in the result of faith development with an achievement value of 100% (end of cycle II).

Abstract

One of the cultural elements in society, especially members of the Anunut tribe, respects the traditional house as a legacy from their ancestors which is sometimes seen as a cultural perspective. The form of traditional houses is not the same in every tribe. But basically have the same function. In the theoretical basis, the author uses the biblical foundation of the Old Testament, New Testament, theological, pastoral and cultural. The hypothesis developed in this paper is the function of the Anunut tribal house as a unifying tool as well as a symbol of the presence of the highest form. Based on the analysis of the interview data, it is known that the understanding of the members of the tribe is still lacking due to the very low education of the community so that the members of the tribe only understand it to the extent of custom which causes the dualism of faith. The inhibiting factor is the lack of involvement of Anunut tribe members in spiritual activities at the church and ceremonial materials. The supporting factor is involving all members of the Anunut tribe in tribal ceremonies, providing motivation and appreciating the implementation of adat. Efforts made, namely the Benteng Gading neighborhood committee, involve members of the Anunut tribe in spiritual activities in the church and in the environment so that the tribal members' faith system radiates the brotherly love of Jesus Christ in the life of faith.
